汽车减振器不解体测试试验方法研究

【摘要】 减振器是汽车重要的零部件之一,它的性能好坏直接关系到汽车运行的安全性和平顺性。现有的对汽车减振器整车不解体测试的试验是通过试验台对汽车的一个轮子进行多频的激振,根据欧洲减振器协会对汽车附着力和阻尼参数ζ的评价标准,判断减振器性能好坏。这种测试方法的优点是简化了汽车模型,测试系统直接、可靠;缺点是未考虑汽车悬架系统的耦合,且试验台的造价过高。本文结合我国国情和工程实践,在此基础上寻求一种新的测试方法,借鉴汽车平顺性研究中的整车建模方法,建立了汽车整车七自由度的行驶动力学模型和数学模型,设计了试验路障,建立的数学模型在Matlab的Simulink模块中进行仿真。在减振器阻尼值不同的情况下,对仿真得到的汽车车身垂向运动、车轮垂向运动等参数进行了时域的分析及频域的处理和分析,提出一种新的评价思路。最后,通过实际的路面试验,采用Siglab 20—42多通道动态信号采集分析系统采集试验数据,对试验的数据保存在Matlab工作空间中并进行处理,将处理后的数据与仿真的数据进行比较,验证本测试试验方法是合理的。

【Abstract】 Shock absorber is one of the automobile’s most important components.The quality of shock absorber directly relates to safety and comfort whilethe automobile is running. At present, the method to evaluate the quality ofa shock absorber is to vibrate one tire by a multi frequency test-bed. Theadhesion data and the damping parameter tested from the experiment candecide whether the quality of the shock absorber is good or bad accordingto Euro Shock Absorber Association. The advantage of this method is thatthe automotive model is simplified while the test system is accurate andreliable. The disadvantage of this method is that the automotive model iscoupled and the price of the test-bed is too high.This subject is supposed to find out a new test method to decidewhether the shock absorber is broken. Firstly, it established the vibrationmechanical of seven degrees of freedom vehicle and mathematical modelof seven degrees of freedom vehicle. Then the subject designedexperimental road-block. The mathematical model was simulated in Matlabsoftware. The response time of vertical displacement and acceleration ofvehicle body and tires were solved by corresponding simulation software, while the damping parameter was changed. The data from the simulationwas also analyzed in frequency domain.The subject carried out an experiment to confirm that the new methodwas valid. Siglab 20—42 multi-channel dynamic signals analytical systemwas used as data acquisition module. The data from the result of theexperiment was saved in Matlab Work Space and used FFT to transformthe data to frequency domain to analysis. The result of the experiment wascompared to the result of simulation, by which the new test method wasproved valid.
