【摘要】 产业结构与对外贸易结构是“原像”与“镜像”的关系，产业结构奠定了对外贸易结构的物质基础，对外贸易结构也必然反映一国产业结构的状况。产业结构不合理是我国当前经济发展诸多问题的症结，产业结构升级是推进我国经济持续稳定发展的关键所在，也一直是我国政府与经济学家关注与研究的重点问题；而在国际贸易领域，产业内贸易是目前最受到重视的贸易形式之一，也正逐渐成为我国对外贸易的发展方向和趋势。如何正确把握产业结构升级与产业内贸易的内在必然联系，科学合理地指导我国产业结构调整与对外贸易的发展，是当前我国产业结构战略性调整中必须认真对待与解决的问题，也是在加入WTO的形势下发展我国对外贸易的必然要求。基于这一认识，本文首先对产业内贸易与产业升级的互动机制进行理论上的探讨，进而分析不同发展水平国家的产业内贸易与产业结构的特点和相互关系，总结其对发展中国家的启示，最后对我国的产业升级与产业内贸易的发展进行回顾与前瞻，并提出促进我国产业内贸易与产业升级协调快速发展的对策思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The industrial structure and the foreign trade structure are a group of "the original object" and "the mirror image". The national industrial structure lays the material foundation of the foreign trade structure. The foreign trade structure also inevitably reflects the condition of the national industrial structure. Currently, the irrational of our country’s industrial structure is the crux of many economy developing problems. Industrial structure upgrading is the key which to promote national economy developed healthy and lasting, it also always be the attention focal point of government and economists. In the domain of international trade, Intra-Industry Trade is one of the trade forms which attract most of attentions. It is also gradually becoming the tendency of our country’s foreign trade. How to realize the intrinsic relation between industrial structure upgrading and Intra-Industry Trade correctly and to instruct both of the adjustment of the national industrial structure and development of our country’s foreign trade is the issue which is must treated earnestly. It is also the request of developing our country’s foreign trade after joining the WTO. Based on this understanding, this paper carries on the theoretically discussion of the interaction mechanism between Intra-Industry Trade and industrial upgrading firstly. Then the paper analysis characteristics of the industrial structure and Intra-Industry Trade of countries of different developing level, and summarize relationship between the industrial structure and Intra-Industry Trade. At last, the paper reviews and previews the development courses of industrial upgrading and Intra-Industry Trade. Then the paper raises the strategy to promote the coordinated development of industrial upgrading and Intra-Industry Trade.更多还原
