高校思想政治教育亲和力研究

【摘要】 新时期需要与时俱进的现代思想政治教育。如何切实提升思想政治教育的亲和力,从而增强思想政治教育的有效性,成为新时期迫切需要解决的课题之一。作为一种教育实践活动,思想政治教育亲和力就是思想政治教育实践活动对教育对象所具有的亲近、吸引、融合的倾向或特征,以及教育对象对思想政治教育实践活动产生的和谐感、亲近感、趋同感。转型期德育生态变迁、大学生主体意识及务实精神的张扬和大学自主性的学习特点使亲和力在高校思想政治教育中显得异常重要,培育与提升高校思想政治教育亲和力成为当前高校思想政治教育有效拓展的一个关键。但是,调查表明:由于受到历史模式的限制与现实教育环境等因素的影响,高校思想政治教育外在亲和力之间及其与内在亲和力之间存在脱节的现象;重构高校思想政治教育亲和力,尤其是外在亲和力是提升高校思想政治教育亲和力的必需。提升高校思想政治教育亲和力要重视主体性原则、整体性原则、可持续性原则、相宜性原则等相互联系的原则;还需要我们能以此为依据,明确优化高校思想政治教育环境、优化高校思想政治教育理论课、加强高校思想政治教育理论研究和加强新兴媒介研究等着力点。

【Abstract】 The new period needs the modern ideological and political education advancing with thetimes. How to lift the Affinity of ideological and political education so as to strengthen thevalidity of ideological and political education has become one of the urgent problems needed tobe solved. As one kind of practical activities, the affinity of ideological and political education isthe familiar, attractive and fusion trend or characteristic which the practical activities ofideological and political education will have for the educated subject, and harmonious feeling,familiar feeling and the feeling of tending toward the same which the educated subject come intobeing to the practical activities of ideological and political education. The changes of moralecology in transform expecting, the improvement of college students’ self-consciousness andpragmatic spirit and the characteristic of university self-learning make affinity extraordinarilyimportant during Ideological Education of University Students. Cultivating and improving theaffinity of ideological education of university students becomes the key on improving thevalidity of the current ideological and political education of university students. However, oursurveys show that for the restriction of historical pattern and the effect of educationenvironmental factor, the phenomenon of conflict between the internal and external affinity ofideological and political education of university students and among the elements of thatstructure exists. Therefore, it is necessary to reengineer the affinity of ideological and politicaleducation of university students, especially the external affinity. Improving the affinity ofideological and political education of university students needs to take the following interrelationprinciple: the principle of subjectivity, the principle of unity, the principle of persistence and theprinciple of appropriation etc; In addition, it is necessary for us to realize the following points:optimizing environment of ideological and political education of university students, optimizingthe theory class of ideological and political education of university students, sharpening thetheory study of ideological and political education of university students and sharpening thestudy of new intermediate.
