学校德育的制度支持探析

【摘要】 学校德育是育人德性的社会活动,也是一种制度性活动,学校德育在特定的制度环境下展开,学校德育的主体也生活于特定的制度环境中,因此,我们不能回避学校德育中的制度供给及其对学校德育的影响。本文主要基于制度正向功能的视角,探讨了学校教育中的制度安排对学校德育的支持保障作用,对制度的德育功能进行了理论上的论证。全文共分四个部分:第一部分首先对本文的基本概念制度予以界定,然后通过分析制度对学校教育的规范保障,证明制度能够对学校德育发挥正向的支持作用,在此基础上,从社会学角度分析了学校德育作为一种制度性活动的涵义,并对学校德育中的制度体系进行了分析。第二部分论述了制度支持学校德育的具体机制,一方面制度通过组织、协调学校德育所需要物质资源而支持学校德育的开展,另一方面,制度因内涵积极的伦理价值而引导个体的道德成长。第三部分主要分析当前学校德育制度体系中存在的问题,找寻到了学校德育制度不能发挥正向育德作用的根源。第四部分主要探讨通过学校德育制度的重新定位及改革而建构合理的制度,学校生活在合理制度的组织、规范下而发挥出整体的育人效果,学校整体德育模式得以形成。

【Abstract】 Moral education in school is a social avtivity to cultivate the human morality, also is one kind of institutional activity, moral education in school launches under the specific institutional environment, the main body of the moral education in school also lives in the specific institutional environment, therefore, we cannot avoid the institution supplies in the school moral education and its influence to the moral education in school. Based on the institution forward function, this thesis mainly discusses the support and safeguard function of the institutional arrangement to the moral education in the school, and is in order to theoritically prove the moral education function of institution.The thesis includes four parts:The first part defines the key concept institution at first, then through analyzing the institution standard and safeguard functions to the school education, it proved the institution can display forward support function to the moral education in school, then we analyze the implication that the moral education in school is a kind of institutional activity from the sociological angle, and analyze the institutional framework in the school moral education.The second part elaborates the concrete mechanism that the institution support the moral education in school, on the one hand, through organizing material resources needed by the moral education in school, the institution can support the moral education in school, on the other hand, because the insitution contains positive ethics value, it can guides the moral growth of individual.In the third part, we mainly analyze the question existing in current school moral education institutional framework, we are order to pursue the root why the institution not to be able to display its forward function.The fourth part discusses the construction of the reasonable institution through location again and the reform, under the reasonable system organization, the school life can displays the whole educational effect, so, we can establish overall moral education pattern.
