在华韩资企业本地化经营及其经济影响

【摘要】 本文以韩国企业在华直接投资状况为基础，分析了在华韩国企业的本地化经营现状，指出了其本地化经营对我国经济发展的影响，并结合我国实际提出了相应的应对措施。本文遵循如下的研究路径：首先分析了韩国企业在华直接投资按行业、地域、形态、规模上的形态特征，说明韩国企业在华直接投资对中韩两国经贸发展都具有重要的意义，重点介绍了在华韩资企业在原材料本地化、人才本地化、文化本地化、营销本地化、研发本地化方面经营的现状，系统分析了其本地化经营对我国经济发展产生的正面和负面影响，并提出了相应的应对措施。韩国企业在华直接投资是我国吸引外资的主要来源，我国也成为韩国的第一大海外投资国，1992年两国建立外交关系以后，经贸往来发展迅猛。随着全球经济一体化的发展，发展跨国经营已经成为当今经济运行的主要特征。成功的跨国企业的经营准则是：“思维全球化，行动本地化”，因此实行本地化经营已成为跨国企业重要的经营战略。2000年以后，随着韩资大企业大规模在华投资，大力推进了其本地化经营的程度。韩资企业实行本地化经营必然会对我国经济的发展产生重要的影响，我国只有结合在华韩资企业本地化经营的状况及我国的实际情况，制定出相应的应对措施，才能保证我国经济的健康、快速发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis is on the base situation of korean companies’ directinvestment in china, analysis the present situations that koreancompany’local management, then put forward the influences localmanagement to china’s economic development, and put forward theexactly construction. This paper use the research method as follow:first, analyzes the industrial, geographical and size feathers of koreaninvestment in china, korean companies direct investment in china has veryimportant sence for both china and korea’s economic development.Introduce the local management present situations. Systematicallyanalyze the good and bad influences that local management to china’seconomic development, then put forward the constructions we should adopt.Korean companies’ direct investment in china is the main fundoriginal for china, and china has become it’s most biggest investmenttarget country. After the establishment of diploma relationship betweenchina and korea from 1992 year, korea’s investment in china hasever been increasing. Following the world economic’s development,transnational management has become the main feature at present economicdevelopment. "considered golable, then act at original place" is thestandard for successful transnational corporations, so, it has becomethe important tactics for transnational corporations to practice thelocal management. After 2000 year, following the korean companies moreand more investment in china has pushed on it’s local management level.It is sure of that korean companies’ local management may produceimportant affect to my country’s development.
