基于容灾技术应用的电信计费系统关键应用快速恢复系统建设方案

【摘要】 随着中国电信业的不断发展和各运营商间的激烈竞争,其业务种类越来越多、用户规模越来越大、数据处理量迅速增长,这就要求电信计费系统有更高的安全性、更强的容灾能力,才能确保客户满意度,增强企业竞争力。而电信计费系统的容灾系统建设就成为电信企业信息化建设中的重中之重。只有良好的容灾系统才能保证关键业务和应用,在出现灾难情况时,能够有效对计费系统和应用进行恢复,最小程度降低风险和损失。本文在这种技术和应用需求背景下,以目前的主流容灾技术为研究内容,全面阐述、详细分析“基于卷管理技术、基于存储设备技术、基于虚拟磁带库技术、基于应用软件技术、基于数据库技术”这五大主流容灾技术的基本原理和工作机制。作为工程设计的参照,本文从容灾技术的基本原理、通信链路、带宽需求、数据的一致性、运行恢复的复杂性、投资等18个纬度对这五种技术进行了比较分析。本文在结合重庆电信计费系统数据备份恢复方式现状、存在问题和快速恢复系统的建设目标的基础上,确定了一套可行的基于存储设备的容灾技术的快速恢复系统建设方案。重庆电信计费系统关键应用快速恢复系统建设后,可实现计费系统故障后,4小时内快速恢复应用的建设目标,这将对计费系统的统计出账,用户的缴费和查询费用提供可靠的容灾保障。

【Abstract】 With telecommunications industry in China continued to develop and the operators of fierce competition, more and more types of business, Users increasingly large scale, data-processing rapid growth, which requires telecommunications billing systems have higher security and stronger Disaster Recovery ability to ensure customer satisfaction, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Telecom Billing System and the Emergency System will become the most importance in the telecommunications enterprise informatization construction. Only good Disaster Recovery system can guarantee the key business and the applications in the event of disasters, right to an effective accounting system and application recovery, minimize risk and reduce losses.Based on the technology and application needs background to the current mainstream Disaster Recovery technology content, the paper comprehensively analyzed five Disaster Recovery mainstream of the basic tenets and working mechanisms: "based on the volume management technology, based on the storage device technology, based on virtual tape library technology, Based on the application of software technology, based on database technology ". Engineering design as a reference, the paper has comparative analysis on Disaster Recovery from the basic principle, link bandwidth demand, data consistency, Operation restore the complex, investment in this latitude 18 Fifth techniques. Based on the combination of Chongqing Telecom Billing System data backup system for restoring the status quo and problems on the basis of establishment of a rapid resumption of the goal of building the system. In-depth study of the Disaster Recovery technology applications on the basis of identification of a set of feasible based on the Disaster Recovery Storage Device Technology Fast Recovery System.When Chongqing Telecom Billing System Application rapid restoration of critical systems is Established, the billing system can achieve that, 4-hour period of rapid restoration goal of building the application after fault, which will Provide reliable disaster recovery protection for Billing System Statistics Transfers, Users’Payment and the inquiry fee.
