养阴利咽饮加玉液散吹喉治疗慢性咽炎的临床研究

【摘要】 目的:研究和评价养阴利咽饮加玉液散在慢性咽炎中的治疗效果。方法:选取90例阴虚肺燥型慢性单纯性咽炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,1月后,观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状、体征改善情况以及治疗前后咽拭细菌培养检出率。结果:(1)慢性咽炎疗效评定:治疗组,显效22例,显效率36.67%,总有效率91.67%;对照组,显效7例,显效率23.33%,总有效率73.33%。经统计学处理,两组疗效比较有显著性差异(x~2=5.44 p＜0.05)。(2)咽拭细菌培养检出率评定:治疗组治疗前后比较有差异(x~2=8.54 p＜0.05),对照组治疗前后比较无差异(x~2=0.26 P＞0.05),说明中药对异常菌群有杀灭作用。(3)临床症状疗效评定:治疗组对咽干不适、咽异物感、咳嗽疗效明显优于对照组(p＜0.05),而对咽部灼热、咽部微痛疗效两组无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。(4)治疗组无明显不良反应。结论:养阴利咽饮、玉液散对慢性咽炎患者有明显的治疗作用。可显著改善患者的临床症状、体征,在提高治愈率方面较只有单一治疗作用的西药有明显的优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study and assess therapeutic effect of a combined therapy with maintain Yin relieving sore-throat decoction and yuye powder.Methods:90 cases of Chronic pharyngitis were randomly divided into treament group and control group,the treament group of 60 cases was treated by maintain Yin relieving sore-throat decoction and the control group of 30 cases was treated by Huasu tablet.Results:The total effective rate of 91.67%in the treament group were significantly higher than 73.33%in the control group.the therapeutic effects for complications of Pharyngitis symptoms,and laryngoscope examination in the treament group were significantly superior to those in the contrl group(p＜0.05 or p＞0.05).Conclusion:Maintain Yin relieving sore-throat decoction has better therapeutic effect on complications of chronic pharyngitis.更多还原
