基于光纤陀螺仪的轨道方向不平顺检测系统的研究

【摘要】 传统上,检测轨道方向不平顺的方法有弦测法、惯性基准原理法。这两种方法在轨检小车上的应用存在一些明显的不足:测量轨道方向不平顺的数据重复性不高,准确率也较低。论文详细介绍了基于光纤陀螺仪的轨道方向不平顺检测系统,它是一种异于传统上广泛采用的测量方法的检测系统。该系统硬件上由惯性传感器光纤陀螺仪VG951、低漂移、低功耗的程控增益仪用运算放大器AD620、高性能信号处理A/D转换器AD7714、可在线编程型高性能单片机P89V51RD等组成,其中A/D与CPU通过SPI口通讯,CPU之间通过RS232串口进行多机通讯;软件上,采用零点渐消算法、通过数字积分得到轨道方向的角度值,并借鉴弦测法的相关算法,求取所需的轨向。该检测系统具有漂移小,精度高等特点。本论文的研究成果已经获得工程应用,为我国高速铁路建设事业和铁路第六次大提速作出了重大贡献。

【Abstract】 Traditionally, mid-cord offset method and inertial benchmark method are appliedto inspecting cars widely. The two method possess some obvious disadvantage: thedata obstained isn’t so accurate and it’s performance of repeat is no so good.This paper introduce a track alignment irregularity detecting system based onFOG whose metod is different from conventional mehods. The system consists ofVG951 (fiber optic gyro, FOG), AD620 (low drift, low power instrumentation ampwith set gains of 1 to 10000), AD7714 (24 bits signal conditioning ADC), andP89V51RD (Philips 51 serials MCU, with 64k flash and ISP, IAP function)in whichA/D communicates with MCU using SPI and different MCU communicates withRS232. Combining with the sticking points of its intelligent software such as thedrift trend arithmetic (DTA), digital angular integral and mid-cord offset methodalignment irregularity arithmetic, it can be used to detect the track direction by anglecritically and has a characteristic of low drift and high precision.The researching findings of this paper has applied to engineering,and exercisedgreat contributies to construction of China Railway High-speed and Chian sixthrailways" speedingup.
