【摘要】 20世纪90年代中期以来，网络越来越成为全球重要的信息资源，它的应用涉及到社会各行业，覆盖了人们生活的每一角落。人类社会已经进入到网络时代，网络正在或者将要改变每个人的生活和观念，这已经成为一个不争的事实。网络的迅猛发展，给高校校园的旧有格局带来了巨大的震撼，对校园文化的各个方面带来了前所未有的影响。本文在对高校校园文化进行了简要回顾的基础上，界定与梳理了我国高校校园网络概念、发展与建设历程、特点、原则等问题，然后对网络背景下高校校园文化的四个新变化进行了详细分析。对高校BBS这一现代大学生利用网络的重要平台进行了全面聚焦，回顾了其十余年的辉煌风靡史，匡正了社会各界对高校BBS的四大认识误区，记录了在实名制大潮流下高校BBS由开放型向校内交流平台的集体转型及其引起的社会反响，建议高校管理部门对校园文化新事物应给予一定宽容，同时也要加强引导沟通。文末，笔者分析了网络文化给校园文化带来的诸多负面影响后，提出必须大力加强校园网络文化建设，加强大学生网络时代的信息素养与网络交往道德伦理教育，净化高校的网络环境，大力倡导大学生文明上网，以确保传播方式的转型不偏离中国先进文化前进方向的轨道。更多还原

【Abstract】 Internet has become the important information resources since the middle age of1990s. The applications of it relate to all professions in the society and cover everycorner of live. Human society has entered a interact times. And it has become a factthat the internet is changing or will change the life and the concept of everyone.The development of the internet brought a huge shake to the old campus patternand gave unheard-of influences on every aspect of campus culture. This paper definesand combs out the concept, development, instruction courses, characteristics,principle and other problems of college campus interact in China basic on reviewingthe campus culture. Then analysis’s new four changes to the campus culture under thebackground of internet. And it makes a complete focus of college BBS which moderncollege students employed as the most important plateau. Then it reviews more thanten years’ splendid fashionable history and rectifies four cognition misunderstandingsto college BBS in the society. At the same time, the paper also records the socialrepercussions caused by college BBS when it turns open plateau into collectiveplateau of on-campus communication plateau under the trend of real name system.Besides of these, it makes a suggestion that the management department of collegeshould give some tolerant to new things of campus culture and strengthen leading aswell as communication.At the end of the paper, it analysis’s some negative influence to college culturewhich brought by the internet culture. And it puts forward that we must strengthen theinstruction of college internet culture and information accomplishment under theinternet times as well as the education in ethics.
