【摘要】 作为一种新的教育形式，湖南省中外合作办学开始于20世纪90年代末，是在我国改革开放后湖南省教育领域内出现的新生事物。近10年发展迅速，现已经成为湖南省教育国际合作与交流的重要形式之一。尤其是在我国加入WTO以后，我国高等教育当务之急就是培养面向世界、具有较强国际意识和通晓国际惯例的复合型人才。同时中外合作办学对于满足人民丰富多样化的教育需求、促进湖南省高等教育改革等均产生了深远的影响。随着湖南省经济的日益发展和壮大，湖南省高等教育对国外优质教育资源将越来越大，中外合作将逐步向更高层次发展。本文首先对湖南省中外合作办学进行了历史回顾，描述了湖南省中外合作办学的兴起与发展及其动因。其次，从规模、结构和效益三个方面描述了湖南省中外合作办学的发展现状。虽然湖南省中外合作办学取得了可喜的成绩，但同时也存在种种不符合中外合作办学目的与方向的问题，已经严重影响了湖南省中外合作办学的质量，并在社会上产生了一些负面影响。因此在论文第四部分对湖南省中外合作办学在规模、结构和效益三个方面存在的问题，进行了归纳和总结。并通过文献研究、调查与个别访谈等方法对湖南省中外合作办学中存在问题的原因进行了分析。第五部分，针对如何解决当前湖南省中外办学存在的偏离合作办学目的和方向的问题，进行了研究，提出了相应的对策。包括：1．适度发展中外合作办学的规模和速度；2．控制中外合作办学生师比；3．争取优质的中外合作办学生源；4．探索科学的中外合作办学培养模式；5．平衡中外合作办学的专业结构；6．提高中外合作办学师资水平，稳定师资队伍；7．加强中外合作办学的宏观管理；8．提高中外合作办学人才和教育效益等．更多还原

【Abstract】 Sino-Alien Cooperative Education of Hunan province is a kind of new education form, which starts at the end of the nineties of the 20th century. It is a new thing appearing in the field of Hunan higher education after China’ s reform and opening-up. Sino-Alien Cooperative Education develops fast for nearly ten years, and has already become oneof the important forms of international exchange and cooperation of Hunan education. Especially until our country joining WTO, the urgent needed thing in the field of our higher education is to foster the complex personnel who are able to face the world, possess international awareness and master international conventions. Sino-Alien Cooperative Education of Hunan province exerts the far-reaching influence for meeting people’ s diversified education needs and promotes the educational form of Hunan higher education. With the development of Hunan economy and its increment in strength, there will be growing demand advance education resources of foreign countries in Hunan Province. Sino-Alien Cooperative Education of Hunan province will develop towards more high-level.This thesis describes the rising and the cause of development about Sino-Alien Cooperative Education of Hunan province on the basis of reviewing its historical development at first; secondly, the author gives a description of the current development situation on Sino-Alien Cooperative Education in scale and construction and benefit of Hunan province. Gratifying achievements have been made, however, there are some problems which deviate from its purpose and direction during cooperative education, which has already influenced the quality of Sino-ilien Cooperative Education seriously; and these problems have made negative effect on the society. The fourth part induces the problems on Sino-Alien Cooperative Education in scale and construction and benefit of Hunan province, and analyzes its causes of problem with document research, investigation and case interview. And the fifth part carries on research and proposes some countermeasures on how to solve these problems: firstly, develop scale and speed appropriately; secondly, control the proportion of teachersand students; thirdly, win over the high-level students for Sino-Alien Cooperative Education; fourthly, probe into the reasonable culture pattern of Sino-Alien cooperative education; fifth; balance the construction of disciplines of Sino-ilien cooperative education; sixth, improve the teachers qualities and remain them steady for Sino-Alien cooperative education; seventh, enhance the macro management of Sino-Alien cooperative education; eighth, raise benefit of personnel and education of Sino-Alien cooperative education.更多还原
