【摘要】 随着计算机技术的发展与普及，网络已把我们带入一个完全信息化的时代。信息化网络教学已成为一种新的学习趋势。但是当前的网络学习还存在教学资源缺乏、人文感情缺失、网络课程标准不同而不能共享使用，让学习者或者使用者感到无所适从，从而抛弃网络教学更愿意选择传统教学。为了解决以上问题，在我的导师彭绍东教授的VCL平台设计思想指导下，以开源代码为基础，增加新的虚拟学习社区元素，创设更好的虚拟学习社区情景，遵循美国ADL计划制定的SCORM规范来构建一个标准化的虚拟学习社区网络教学平台。全文共分四大部分：第一部分介绍本文研究的问题及意义以及研究背景和国内外网络教学平台研究现状，研究方法与基本过程。第二部分详细介绍VCL平台的开发理论与技术基础，主要介绍了虚拟学习社区的有关理论以及建构主义、投入理论以及合作学习理论，并阐述了SCORM标准的有关理论并重点综述了网络教学平台的开发技术。第三部分详细介绍基于虚拟学习社区与SCORM标准的远程教学平台设计与开发，重点介绍平台开发方法与修改过程，提供了平台总体设计方案以及平台实现的技术方案。第四部分主要介绍平台使用情况，通过使用案例进行应用分析。本文藉由虚拟学习社区理论以及SCORM规范，构建了一个标准化的、符合中国人自己的网络教学平台的体系框架，在理论上丰富了教育技术的理论，在实践方面提供了一套切实可行的虚拟学习社区网络教学平台。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development and popularization of computer technology,the network has led us into the complete informationized age.The informationized network teaching has become a type of new learning trend.But the current network learning can’t be used shareably for the difference of the network curriculum standards,and it lacks of teaching resources and human emotion,which make learners or users fail to know how to do.Consequently,they give up the network teaching and would rather choose the traditional teaching.In order to resolve the problems mentioned above,under the designing concept instruction of my supervisor Professor Peng Shaodong’s VCL platform,on the basis of opening source code,add new virtual learning community elements,created a better learning community scene,constructed the standardized network teaching platform for the virtual learning community according to the SCORM criterion that has been established in ADL Plan of U.S.A.The entire article was divided in four parts:The first part introduced the reserch focus,reserch significance,research background,the present reserch situation,research method and basic process of network-teaching platform home and abroad.The second part elaberated the the development theory and the technology basis of the VCL platform,mainly introducing the correlative theory of virtual learning community,the theory of constuctralism,the investment theory and the cooperative study theory, expounding the related theory of SCORM standard, and focusing on the development technology of the network-teaching platform.The third part introduced in detail the design and development of remote teaching platform based on the virtual learning community and SCORM standards,and emphasized on the development method and modification process of platform,offering the total design solution of the platform and the technology realization solution of the platform.The forth part mainly introduced the application of the platform and analyzed it with cases.On the basis of theory of virtual learning community and SCORM criterion,this article has established the standardized a systematic structure of the network-teaching platform meeting Chinese people’s demand,which theoretically enriches the theory of educational technology and practically offers a series of applicable network teaching platform.更多还原
