基于H.320的视频会议系统的研究与应用

【摘要】 广铁集团公司在湖南管内的各站段使用的电话会议系统仍是音频电话会议系统。该系统由于使用年限久，现已出现线路杂音大、时有振鸣、故障率高等问题，严重影响了会议的质量及效果。特别是铁道部撤消铁路分局、实行铁路局直管站段改革后，该种会议方式已不能满足铁路管理的需要。为满足铁路运营的管理发展要求，我们为广铁集团上马了可视会议系统，为铁路局指挥、协调安全运输生产提供有力的通信保障。本文着重描述了90年代初期推出的视频会议H.320标准和90年代中期推出的视频会议H.323标准的主要内容，并对这两种标准的特点进行了比较，根据广铁集团公司的实际要求及铁通现有的网络资源条件，讨论了采用H.320标准组网的优越性。本文详细介绍了视频会议系统的系统结构，包括物理结构和逻辑结构，以及内涵于系统结构中的终端系统结构和组网结构。随后，本文详细讲述了视频会议技术的具体实现方法，并给出了一个构建一套视频会议系统的总体方案。最后，本文结合广铁集团公司的具体情况，给出了广铁集团公司在湖南管内的视频会议系统的设计方案。整套系统的实施取得了很好的实用效果，对提高铁路运输指挥的准确信、高效性和安全性有着积极的作用和重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The call conference system based on voice is still used by the stations and segments of Guangzhou Railway Group Corporation in Hunan Province. For being used for many years, the system has fault of much noise, trembling sound and high ratio of malfunction so that it bring bad effect to the quality and the effect of the meeting. Moreover, since the railway reform of removing the branch bureau and the bureau administrating the stations and the segments directly, the old call conference system based on voice did not meet the need of railway management any more. In order to meet the need of the development of railway management, a Videoconference system has been employed in Guangzhou Railway Group Corporation. The new system provides a safeguard to administrate and coordinate railway transportation orderly.One of the paper’s emphasizes is put on the main content of two international standards of Videoconference, they are H.320 standard presented at the beginning of 1990s and H.323 standard presented in the mid 1990s. According the current requirement of Guangzhou Railway Group Corporation and the condition of Railcom communication, the paper also compares the characteristic of these two standards and discusses the benefit of constructing network by adopting H.320 standard. The detailed system structure of Videoconference is introduced in this paper, including physical structure and logical structure, as well as terminal system structure and network structure.Later, the paper discussed the method of realization of the Videoconference in detail and the whole design of Videoconference is put forward. Finally, based on the current condition of Guangzhou Railway Group Corporation, the concrete design of Videoconference of Guangzhou Railway Group Corporation in Hunan Province is formed.The implement of the whole system has obtained much practical effect and has very important meaning to improve the accuracy, efficiency and safeguard of the railway transportation.更多还原
