城市地下管线探测及地下管线信息系统建设

【摘要】 城市地下管线是城市的重要基础设施,地下管线敷设的基础资料是城市规划、设计、施工、和管理的重要依据。城市地下管线包括给水、雨水、污水、燃气、电力、电信等几大类。查清地下管线埋设现状并建立城市地下管线信息系统具有非常重要的现实意义。对地下管线进行科学管理,可以给城市带来巨大的经济效益和社会效益。本文作者从国内外城市对地下管线管理现状的分析入手,结合深圳市地下管线探测工程,全面论述了地下管线探测的原理、方法和技术。重点论述了电磁波法、地质雷达探测法的基本原理和应用。以深圳市电信管线断面详查工程为背景,论述了电信管线断面详查的要求、方法、技术和内容。数据是GIS的核心。高质量的数据是GIS产品质量的重要保证。本文详细介绍了GIS的数据采集、数据处理和数据库建立的方法,并论述了GIS的数据质量控制。本文作者结合现有的地理信息系统管理技术,论述了城市地下管线管理信息系统的系统目标,从软件工程的角度论述了系统设计的基本原则,并且就系统的开发方法和开发平台的选择进行了探讨,最后选择用DELPHI对ARC/INFO进行二次开发,并采用了结构化的开发方法,开发出了地下管线PIPENET系统,介绍了该系统的主要功能及系统实现的技术、方法。该系统具有强大的数据库管理功能,软件自动化程度较高。最后对地下管线探测和地下管线管理信息系统做了整体总结,指出了存在的问题和不足,提出了继续努力的方向。

【Abstract】 The city underground pipelines are the city’s important infrastructure, The basic data of the underground pipelines is a important basis for urban planning, design, construction and management. The underground pipelines include tap water pipelines, storm sewer, waste pipe, gas pipelines, electricity pipelines , telecommunication pipeline and so on. It’s very important to investigate the underground pipelines and establish the city underground pipelines information system. managing the underground pipelines efficiently, may bring the huge economic efficiency and the social efficiency to the city.In this thesis,at first, the author analize the existing pipe network administraction methods. Then, unifies Shenzhen underground pipelines exploration project, discusses the principle, method and the technology of the underground pipelines exploration . The basic principle and application of the electromagnetic wave and the geology radar sounding method are emphasized. With the engineering of telecommunication pipeline cross section sift of Shenzhen city as background, it discusses the demand, methods, technique and contents of telecommunication pipeline cross section.The data is the core of GIS. The high accurate data is the important guarantee for GIS production quality. In this article, The methods of data collection, data processing, database creation and data quality control are introduced in detail.Base on the existing management technology in GIS, The author discusses the goal of the city underground pipelines management information system, and discusses the system design’s basic principle from the view of software engineering. The methods of the system exploitation and the choice of developed platform are Discussed. Finally using DELPHI language as developmemt language, ARC / INFO platform and COM technology, developed a underground pipelines PIPENET system. The system main functions and the technology methods of the system realization are introduced . The system has a strong database administration function, the PIPENET can produce several kinds of tables and underground pipelines MAP automaticaly.Finally, the whole summary is given about the underground pipelines exploration and the underground pipelines management information system. The existing insufficiencies and further studies are pointed out.
