【摘要】 2005年国外物流企业进入我国物流市场的政策限制已全部取消，全新的竞争环境意味着正在起步的中国物流企业面临着国内和国际物流同行竞争的双重压力，而培育核心竞争力则是我国物流企业在重压之下求生存、谋发展的有效途径。然而，与现实的迫切需求相对应的是理论上对物流企业核心竞争力生长规律问题研究的匮乏。在此背景下，本文对企业核心竞争力理论进行了归纳和总结，探讨了物流企业的业务范围、产品属性等问题，分析了物流企业的基本能力及其核心竞争力的内涵并对其核心竞争力与竞争力、核心能力、竞争优势的关系进行了深入辨析。在此基础上，本文分析得出了物流企业核心竞争力的构成要素、结构及模式。根据构成要素及价值链理论，设计了物流企业核心竞争力的测度指标体系并建立了测度模型。以生命周期理论为依据，分析了物流企业核心竞争力生命周期产生的原因、生命周期阶段的划分和物流企业在各阶段的主要任务及其生命周期模式分类，并进一步研究了物流企业核心竞争力生命周期与物流企业生命周期的关系。最后，对物流企业核心竞争力形成的动力机制进行了分析，在此基础上讨论了物流企业核心竞争力的形成过程，归纳了物流企业培育核心竞争力的基本原则及方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Policy restricted foreign logistics enterprise entering domestic logistics market have been cancelled completely since 2005, the new competition environment means that Chinese logistics enterprises who begin their business just now must face dual competitive pressures that come from their domestic and intemational logistics colleagues. Under the heavy pressures, cultivating core competence is an effective way for domestic logistics enterprise to strive for survival and development. However, although reality demand is urgent, research on the growth regularity of logistics enterprise’s core competence is deficiency.Under the above background, theories on enterprise’s core competence are summed up. Logistics enterprise’s business area, its product attribute, etc. are discussed. Logistics enterprise’s basic capability and connotation of its core competence are analyzed, and relations between logistics enterprise’s core competence and its competitive power, core capability, competitive advantage is thorough differentiated as well. On the base of this analysis, the integrant ingredient, the structure and the pattern of logistics enterprise’s core competence are analyzed. According to its integrant ingredient and the theory of value chain, the indexes system used to measure logistics enterprise’s core competence is designed and the measurement model is established. Based on the theory of life cycle, the reason of appearing life cycle, the stage division of life cycle, the logistics enterprise’s primary mission in various stages and the classification of life cycle pattern are probed, furthermore, relation between the life cycle of logistics enterprise’s core competence and the life cycle of logistics enterprise is researched. Finally, impetus mechanism that forms logistics enterprise’s core competence and its forming process are discussed, moreover, the basic principle and method of cultivating logistics enterprise’s core competence are induced.更多还原
