基于J2EE的企业应用集成在电信行业的应用研究

【摘要】 随着通讯技术的迅速发展,电信行业的企业资源不断膨胀、部署的应用越来越多,因此需要一个统一的信息系统来支持各种面向客户的服务(SOA)。为了实现这一转变,需要将在线运行的CRM、TSF以及其他系统集成到一个虚拟的平台上来提供统一的服务,这就要求集成者必须访问现有的系统以提供需要的服务。论文从湖南电信系统集成的角度出发,讨论了基于J2EE的企业应用集成(EAI)的相关技术及其关系,针对企业应用集成涉及的几个主要方面,提出了解决方法和具体实施措施。论文在深入分析企业应用集成的逻辑结构、物理结构以及企业应用集成的最新研究成果的基础上,设计了一个包含接入层、企业门户、EAI总线层和系统层的四层体系架构,建立一个统一的全集中、全实时的EAI平台,并以此平台为中心将湖南电信原有遗留系统完全松耦合地连接在一起。在数据集成方面,设计了一个具有一定实现数据集成的框架,并详细阐述了其实现思想和方法,采用数据访问对象(DAO)模式,实现了一个强健可靠的数据集成层。在业务集成方面,阐述了一个基于异步消息架构的通用接口的实现思想和方法,解决了业务集成中接口众多易变的难题。最后,从用户界面集成角度出发,设计了一个具有独创性的Model 2X用户界面开发框架,该框架能大幅度降低用户界面集成难度,在实践中应用效果良好。通过企业应用集成和数据架构的建设,整合了湖南电信的各个应用系统,打破了信息孤岛;实现了业务流程的自动化和数据的透明共享;统一了共享的数据模型,从而保证了数据的准确性和实时性。使得湖南电信能够采用标准化、松耦合的方式构建系统,并降低了维护成本,提高了灵活性。

【Abstract】 With the rapid advancement of communication technology, enterprise resources of Telecom industry continuously dilate and applications deployed become more and more, so Telecom industry need the uniform information system to support SOA. As a result of this change, HUNAN Telecom needed to integrate its online CRM, TSF and other systems. It had to integrate all existing services to a virtual platform for uniform services. This entailed integrating access to the existing applications that provided these services. Started from angle of Hunan telecom system integration, based on J2EE, this thesis discusses extensible Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) technologies and their relations. Toward several primary aspects of EAI, there are some creative opinions, resolvent, and concrete methods are discussed in this thesis.This thesis analyses the newest research production and the applied status, including common EAI architecture, and the common methods of EAI. Basic on these, an architecture structure which include enter, enterprise gate, EAI bus and system is designed and a real time and concentrated platform is set up. The old systems of Hunan Telecom are loosely coupling connected with the center of the platform. From the view of the data integration, an innovative detailed idea and method of the architecture for realizing data integration is designed in this thesis and Date Access Object (DAO) mode is used in designing dependable and strong data integration. In the aspect of the business integration, the way to realize the universal interface in business integration is expatiated in the thesis. By this universal interface, the problem of the high frequent changed interface in business integration is solved. Finally, from the angel of the User Interface integration, a creative UI development architecture of Model 2X, which reduce the difficulty in UI integration and applied in actual project successly, is offered in the thesis. The effect of architecture is well in practical application.By constrcting Enterprise Application Integration and the structure of data, applications of Hunan Telecom are integrated and information isolated island is broken. The integration implements the automatization of business flow and transparent communion of data, unifies the sharing data models and ensures the veracity and real time of data. So that systems of Hunan Telecom can be constructed in standard and loosely coupling mode. As a result of the integration, the cost of maintenance is reduced and the flexibility is advanced.
