极谱导数波在中药微量元素分析中的应用研究

【摘要】 中药微量元素对人类疾病治疗和健康维护起着非常重要的作用,因此,分析中药中微量元素的含量十分重要。本文研究了极谱导数波在中药微量元素分析中的应用。论文第一章论述了现代电化学分析技术在中药研究领域中的应用和中药中微量元素测定的研究进展,简单介绍了一下极谱法。第二章研究了由氨、氯化铵、明胶和抗坏血酸组成的底液中,Cu(Ⅱ)、Pb(Ⅱ)、Cd(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅱ)、Mn(Ⅱ)络合物吸附波的优化条件。提出一种同时快速测定中药中这7种微量元素的新方法,并将其成功地用于丹参样品中微量元素同时测定。第三章研究了由醋酸-醋酸钠、磷酸钾组成的底液中,Mo(Ⅵ)、Cr(Ⅲ)、Cd(Ⅱ)、Se(Ⅳ)、Zn(Ⅱ)络合物吸附波的优化条件。提出一种同时快速测定中药中这5种微量元素的新方法,并将其成功地用于实际样品红花中微量元素同时测定。第四章针对多组分同时测定的伏安分析中所产生的固有基体效应和额外基体效应问题,提出一种基于实验测定数据,通过在计算机上运行程序解线性方程组来获取矩阵系数,然后用其通过计算求解来获得复杂体系中多组分浓度的方法,该方法既能很好地校正复杂体系的固有基体效应,又能避免因利用标准加入法在同一底液中同时测定多组分而产生的额外基体效应。

【Abstract】 Microelement is beneficial to human health, so the determination ofmicroelement in Chinese traditional medicines plays an important part inthe quality assessment. In this paper, the application of the derivativepolarographic waves of microelement in Chinese traditional medicineswas researched.In the first chapter of this thesis, the applications and prospects foradvanced electroanalytical techniques in Chinese medicine analysis, andthe development for determination of microelement in Chinese traditionalmedicines was summarized. And the polarography was introducedsimply.In chapter 2, sensitive second derivative waves of Cu (Ⅱ), Pb (Ⅱ),Cd (Ⅱ), Ni (Ⅱ), Zn (Ⅱ), Fe (Ⅱ) and Mn (Ⅱ) in the substratesolution containing NH3, NH4Cl, gelatin and ascorbic acid wasresearched. A new method for simultaneous determination of the sevenmicroelements in aqueous solutions was developed. The method has beenused successfully in rapid and simultaneous determination of 7microelements in Dan-shen.In chapter 3, sensitive second derivative waves of Mo(Ⅵ)、Cr(Ⅲ)、Cd (Ⅱ)、Se (Ⅳ)、Zn (Ⅱ) in the substrate solution containingCH3COOH, CH3COONa and K3PO4 was researched. A new method forsimultaneous determination of the five microelements in aqueoussolutions was developed. The method has been used successfully in rapidand simultaneous determination of 5 microelements in Safflower.In chapter 4, in order to revise the matrix effect in voltammetry ofsimultaneous determination of multicomponent, a new method waspresented. The method was based upon the data of experiment, then thecomputer programme was runned to get matrix coefficient. And at last,the matrix coefficient was used to get the concentration of eachcomponent in the solution. This is a good method to deal with theproblem of the matrix effect.
