基于前馈补偿策略的制粒湿度控制方法及其应用

【摘要】 制粒作为冶炼等行业烧结系统中的关键工序之一,其出料湿度控制直接影响了烧结的品质。由于控制系统中湿度测量反馈存在较大时滞、进料湿度的波动比较明显,一般的方法难以满足控制要求,因而需要先进的控制方法。本文通过分析制粒湿度控制系统的控制要求,针对湿度控制系统大时滞特点,提出了基于前馈补偿策略的制粒湿度控制方法,并将该方法实际应用于韶关冶炼厂制粒喷水控制系统中。构建了有前馈补偿的改进型继电反馈控制系统模型,设计了系统控制器,进行了系统控制模型仿真;完成了软硬件设计,组建了由电控阀、水分仪、PLC及工控机组成的上、下位机控制系统,并阐述了系统的具体实现过程和方法;基于WINCC软件组态实现了制粒湿度的数据采集、自动控制、远程监控和报警等功能。实际运行和测试的结果表明,此控制系统抗扰动能力强、制粒湿度稳定性好,烧结生产的成品率高,经济效益显著,证明基于前馈补偿策略的制粒湿度控制方法是一种成功的控制方法。

【Abstract】 Granulating process, is one of the key working procedures in sintering system, and its humidity controlling has great and direct effect on the quality of sintering. By reason of the biggish time lag in humidity measure feedback and obvious undulation in feedstock humidity control, it’s difficulty for common methods to satisfy the controlling request. Thereby, advanced controlling method is needed to solve the problem.Having analyzed the controlling request of the system, this thesis brings forward a granulation humidity controlling method aiming at solving the problem of biggish time lag in it, and applies it to the granulation controlling system of air washer of Shaoguan Smelting Factory. This thesis also conceives a relay feedback controlling system model with ameliorated predictive compensatory, designs the system controller, puts up the emulation of the system controlling model, and completes the realization and application of hardware and software. At the same time, the Fluctuation Computers Controlling System, composed of electro-pneumatic valve, moisture gauge, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller—PLC) and IPC(Industrial Personal Computer—IPC), has been conceived. It has also expatiated the idiographic realizable process and method of this system, and achieved data acquisition, automatic, remote monitoring and alarming of granulation humidity by the software configuration WINCC.Through plenty of tests, this thesis proves that this system elevates the stability of humidity controlling, quality of sintering, finished product rate of sintering production, and economic benefits. And it also proves that the granulation humidity controlling method, based on the tactic of the feedforward compensation, is a successful method.
