砂砾地层渗透注浆的可注性及应用研究

【摘要】 就目前土木工程建设飞速发展的形势来看,砂砾地层需要加固或防渗处理的工程会越来越多,也会越来越复杂。虽然国内外采用注浆技术对砂砾地层进行加固或防渗处理有比较多的应用,并取得一定的成功,但在工程设计中还存在着很多问题,对以往经验的依赖性很大。这主要是因为影响浆液在砂砾地层中运动的因素非常多,砂砾地层内部构造非常复杂和多变,给砂砾层渗透注浆的研究带来了很大的困难,至今还没有非常完善的设计理论及设计方法对其进行指导,许多问题还有待进一步研究和工程实践的证实。本文首先从浆液性能和砂砾层本身渗透结构特征两个主要方面分析研究了砂砾地层渗透注浆的可注性。从浆液的角度,着重分析研究了水泥类浆液的渗透性能,认为影响水泥浆液渗透性能的主要因素是水泥颗粒大小和浆液的流变性能,并提出一些提高水泥浆液渗透性能的有效方法;从砂砾层结构的角度,认为测试砂砾层的渗透系数对分析其可注性是必要的,而砂砾层的渗透系数与砂砾石的级配及其细粒(指粒径<0.1mm的颗粒)含量密切相关,所以分析砂砾层的可注性,主要就是要测试分析其颗粒级配、细颗粒含量以及结构组成。在分析水泥浆液渗透性能的同时,针对人们以往研究水泥浆液流动性或进行注浆计算时都忽略了在注浆过程中浆液粘度随时间变化的事实,对水泥浆液在注浆时间段内粘度随时间变化的关系进行了实验分析,并借助计算机程序拟合出了其关系曲线和关系式。然后,对各种流型浆液在砂砾层中的扩散公式进行了分析研究,并且根据水泥浆液粘度随时间逐步变化的关系,对常用的水泥浆液在砂砾石地层中的扩散公式进行改进,使其更加符合实际。最后,结合工程应用分析验证了砂砾层注浆加固的可行性及其效果。

【Abstract】 For rapid development of civil engineering construction, the engineerings of ground improvement in sand and gravel stratum will be more and more, and more complicated. At present, the method of ground improvement in sand and gravel stratum with grouting has been applied and got successful to some extent, however, there are some problems in engineering design theory. Because of grout flows are affected by so many factors and complexity in the inner structure of sand and gravel stratum itself, the research on grouting in sand and gravel stratum is very difficult. By now, there are no perfect design theory and methods for grouting in sand and gravel stratum. Many problems should be researched in the further engineering application.In the paper, author analyzed groutability of permeation in sand and gravel stratum from character of grouting grouts and internal permeation structure. From the aspect of grout, the paper analysis the penetration of cement grout and gain that main factor to penetration of cement grout is the size of cement particle and the rheology of grout. It put forward some effective method for improving the cement grout penetration. From the aspect of sand and gravel stratum, the paper consider that the penetration coefficient is necessary to groutability. Because of important relation of the penetration coefficient and the size of particle and content, the grain gradation and content should be analyzed in studing on groutability of sand and gravel stratum.While analysising the penetrantion of cement grout, it is found that the change of grout viscosity with time in researching fluidity of grouting grout is usually ignored. So it is necessary to study the character of cement grout inhere. In the paper, the character has been studied by test in lab and the connection curve and formula of the viscosity and the time is enduced by computer program.The paper analysed diffusion formula in sand and gravel stratum by all kind of grouting grout, and improved in diffusion formula of grouting basing on the relation of viscosity and time. It can be more accorded with the fact.Finally, the paper analysed and confirmed the feasibility and effect in improving sand and gravel stratum with grouting in engineering application.
