数控螺旋锥齿轮研齿机床关键技术研究

【摘要】 本文主要对数控螺旋锥齿轮研齿机研发方面的关键技术进行了深入的研究。首先,本文深入分析了研齿切削机理,提出了摆动小轮节锥法和V/H调整法研齿运动模型,并以齿轮啮合理论以及齿面接触分析为基础,对V/H调整与齿面接触区的移动移动的关系、侧隙控制原理进行了分析,随后提出了研齿效果的评判标准。接下来本文探讨了V/H检查法研齿运动模型在数控研齿机上的具体实现过程,包括全齿面研齿的运动轨迹控制技术、研齿效果控制技术、齿轮副柔性啮合技术、齿轮副侧隙的自动检测与补偿技术、齿轮副综合跳动误差及齿轮副成员的跳动误差自动检测技术、磕碰与毛刺的自动检测技术等。最后,本文还对数控研齿机最为关键的研磨剂喷注控制系统进行了研究,分析了研磨剂的成份和配比及其对数控研齿加工效果所产生的影响,并在此基础上,设计了一套功能较为完善的研磨剂的供给系统。本文所提出的数控螺旋锥齿轮研齿控制技术指导了一台先进的数控螺旋锥齿轮研齿机样机的研发。通过在Gleason公司600HTL型数控螺旋锥齿轮研齿机上进行一系列相关的研齿实验,从所获得的良好的实验结果来判断,本文所提出的研齿运动控制技术是实用和可行的,这些技术可以实际应用在现代数控螺旋锥齿轮研齿机上。

【Abstract】 This paper does some profound researches on the key technology of manufacture CNC bevel and hypoid gear lapping machines. Firstly, the mechanism of cutting process of lapping was studied. The lapping movement mode of Swinging Pinion Cone and the V&H Check were proposed. Based on the gear mesh theory and tooth contact analysis, the relationship between V&H adjustment and the movement of contact pattern and the theory of backlash control were analyzed. Then some criterions of evaluating the effect of lapping were given. Secondly, based on the V&H Check mode, the implementation details of full flank lapping movement were discussed, which include full flank lapping movement control technology, lapping effect control technology, gearset auto mesh technology, auto backlash detection and setting technology, auto runout detection technology, auto nicks and burrs detection technology, and so on. Thirdly, the paper studies about the compound supply system, which is a very important system of a CNC bevel lapper. In this section, the components of the compound were analyzed in the paper and how they influence the lapping effect. And based on the analyses of the compound system, a compound supply system with perfect function is designed. The CNC bevel and hypoid gear lapping technology discussed in this paper guides the trial-manufacture of a CNC bevel and hypoid gear lapping machine. Finally, some lapping experiments on the Gleason PHOENIX 600 HTL Turbo-Lapper were done. The performance of the trial-manufacturing CNC bevel and hypoid gear lapping machine is obvious. It also proves that the lapping technology provided in the paper is true, which can be applied in the modern CNC bevel and hypoid gear lapping machine.
