现浇混凝土筒芯楼盖设计计算方法研究与工程应用

【摘要】 现浇混凝土筒芯楼盖是一种新型的楼盖形式,它是将用作现浇混凝土楼盖结构内膜的轻质薄壁筒体按一定规则预埋到楼板中,浇筑混凝土之后而形成的混凝土空心楼盖,由于减轻了板的自重,减小了恒荷载,使得设计大跨度的结构成为可能,故在国内得到了越来越广泛的应用。本文对筒芯楼盖的设计计算方法进行了研究,并将已有的研究成果运用到一个筒芯楼盖的设计中。1)对内区格的梁支承筒芯板,应用有限元分析软件,对不同的梁板刚度比、区格短边与长边之比、筒芯的布置方向条件下的弯矩分布进行了计算;与不同的区格短边与长边之比、筒芯的布置方向条件下的四边固定筒芯板的弯矩分布进行比较,在此基础上,提出了边支承板和柱支承板的定量区分方法。2)对四边固定的筒芯板,应用有限元分析软件,对不同筒芯直径、区格短边与长边之比、筒芯的布置方向条件下的弯矩分布进行了计算;同时计算了不同的区格短边与长边之比条件下的四边固定实心板的弯矩分布;两者进行比较,提出了四边固定筒芯板的弯矩计算方法,同时提出了梁支承条件下的边支承筒芯板弯矩的计算方法。3)利用已有的研究成果,根据规程的要求,对一个筒芯楼盖工程进行了设计。

【Abstract】 Cast-in-situ concrete core tube floor is a new type floor.High strength thin-wall core tubes are laid in slabs as fillers.Compared to solid floor, the dead load of tube floor is sharply reduced, and hence it is possible to obtain larger spans to match the need of large building space of consumers. In this paper, the design and calculating methods of the floor have been studied, and a core tube floor is designed according to technical specification for cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor structure.1)For beam supported core tube slabs in inner panels, the finite element program is applied to calculate the moment distribution under different conditions, such as beam-slab rigidity ratio, two way span ratio, the direction in which tubes are placed. The moment distribution of core tube with fixed borders under different conditions, such as two way span ratio, the direction in which tubes are placed, are also calculated. Analyzing the moment differences between the two types of slab, the defination method of a column-supported slab and an edge-supported slab is suggested.2)For core tube slabs with fixed borders, the finite element program is applied to calculate the moment distribution under different conditions, the moment distribution of solid slabs with fixed borders under different conditions, are also calculated. Analyzing the moment differences between the two types of slab, and applying the results of the moment distribution of beam supported core tube slabs, the moment calculation method of edge-supported slabs is suggested.3)According to technical specification for cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor structure, a core tube floor is designed, using the latest achievements of concrete core tube floors.
