【摘要】 随着社会的不断发展，思想政治教育的内容在不断发生着变化，在我国建设法治社会的背景下，法律知识的普及，法治观念的培养是我党思想政治教育体系中不可或缺的一部分。报纸法制新闻报道以其受众的广泛性成为法制教育的重要途径，同时也是进行思想政治教育的重要途径之一。近年来，法制新闻报道得到了长足的发展，但由于法制新闻从业人员的知识构成、客观条件限制等原因，依旧存在着如内容结构不合理、报道内容存在缺陷等问题，主要表现在过度重视刑事方面及案件新闻的报道，舆论导向出现偏差、滥用媒介权利、过度暴露细节、不能够准确使用法律术语，甚至出现新闻侵权问题。本文通过问卷调查、内容分析等方法，详细了解了受众需求后，针对目前报纸法制新闻报道存在的问题提出了报道内容多元化，强化媒体责任，建立健全新闻法律法规等对策，以规范报纸法制新闻报道，从法制教育的源头抓起，以更好的推进我国法治社会的建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the continuous development of society, the contents of ideological and political education are keeping changing. Under the background of our country construction "rule of law society", the education of law knowledge and rule of law ideas is the necessary part of our party’s ideological and political education system. Because of the extensive readers, the legal news on newspaper is subjected to be a many important front of the legal system education, also is carry on the educational important ways of the ideological and political.In recent years, the legal news have got a substantial development. Limite d to the knowledge composing of the legal news journalists and some other ob jective conditions, the problems still exist such as contents composing are not reasonable, the contents of reports exits defects etc. We pied too much attentio n on the criminal aspect and the case news, the public opinion direction appea rs deviation, abuses medium right, excessively expose details, use wrong legal words, even appear news infringement problems. Aim at the existing problems of legal news on newspaper, we use methods as questionnaire and content anal ysis etc. to make some advice, such as thediversification of the contents, enhancing a medium responsibility, building up s ound news law laws etc. in order to standardized legal news of the newspaper report and grasp the very beginning of the education of the law education an d better practice our country construction rule of law society.更多还原
