周期循环式生物膜法处理小区生活污水再生利用的试验研究

【摘要】 随着城市化进程的加快以及旅游业的快速发展,远离城市的别墅区、度假村、居住区、生活服务区、饭店、宾馆等纷纷兴建,小区的用水量和污水排放量越来越大。由于小区位置分散,全部污水由城市污水厂收集输送再处理难度较大;另外,小区绿化、浇洒道路等引起用水量不断加大,使城市供水能力显得不足,造成我国水资源危机日益严重。所以发展小区生活污水再生利用,对于缓解水资源短缺的现状具有积极的现实意义。本文通过对目前常用的小区生活污水处理工艺进行比较分析,重点针对CASS5工艺处理低浓度小区生活污水时存在的问题,提出改进型水处理工艺一周期循环式生物膜法(CASBS),即在CASS5工艺主反应区投加填料,将周期循环活性污泥法与生物膜法相结合的工艺。通过控制不同周期、不同曝气速率、不同排水比等运行条件,采用CASBS工艺和CASS工艺处理小区生活污水进行了一系列平行试验。本研究得出的主要结论:在满足相同的水量和去除率的要求下,采用CASBS工艺可减小反应器容积,降低污泥产量,节省了建设费用和处理费用。根据《城市污水再生利用—城市杂用水水质》(GB/T 18920-2002)标准,考虑工艺实用性和经济性,选取石英砂过滤法作为深度处理工艺,经CASBS—砂滤组合工艺处理后的出水水质为COD≤30mg/L、NH3-N≤5mg/L、浊度≤2NTU。研究认为,周期循环式生物膜法应用于小区生活污水再生利用是可行的。

【Abstract】 With the urbanization development quickening, residential areas flourish bringing on more sewage drainage. It is very difficult for water treatment plant to dispose of all sewage due to dispersive layout of residential areas. In addition, lawn, tree planting and waterscape keep raising the burden of urban water supplying, which result in the crisis of water resource. So develop the small area living dirty water rebirth exploitation, for alleviate the present condition that resources of water run short to have the actively realistic meaning.Based on the comparison of the usual domestic sewage treatment techniques in the residential districts, this study focused on the problems of treating low concentration domestic sewage with cyclic activated sludge system and improved the process to cyclic activated sludge bio-film system, which combined CASS technique with Bio-film technique by adding fillers into the main reaction zone. Under different operating conditions, such as different cycles, different aeration rates and different hydraulic retention times, a series of parallel tests were carried using CASS process and CASS process respectively.It was concluded that: the CASBS process could reduce the volume of reactor and sludge, which would cut down the cost for construction and sludge treatment. Direct filtration by quartz sand was chosen to be the advanced treatment according of the Water Quality Standard for Urban Miscellaneous Water Consumption (GB/T 18920-2002) . The water quality was COD≤30mg/L, NH_3-N≤5mg/L, and turbidity≤2NTU. Research showed that the CASBS was feasible that using CASBS process in the treatment of domestic sewage in the residential districts.
