移动宽带多业务接入网络的构建

【摘要】 二十一世纪是信息的时代，话音、数据、视频和多媒体通信信息服务已经日益成为我们生活和社会不可或缺的要素，与此同时，这也对技术的发展、容量的增加、速率的提高和业务的多样提出了更高的要求。随着通信的不断发展和竞争的不断激烈，探索新技术、新业务，更好地满足客户的需求成为通信运营商的重要目标之一。宽带多业务接入作为其中一项重要内容，通过无线和有线接入手段实现信息和通信服务真正落地，建立起连接网络和客户的纽带，从而为企业和社会创造更大的价值。但是，宽带多业务接入的形势和现状却不容乐观。数据业务规模不断扩大；传输网络带宽资源不足；现有网络不适应数据业务传输；在市场多业务接入的需求条件下，移动宽带多业务接入的技术条件和实现复杂，各种业务自成一体，分化和割裂不利于多业务的整合和共享，也不利于多业务的管理；没有统一的综合数据网管等问题制约了宽带多业务接入业务的有效开展，在今后的全业务竞争处于不利地位。以上种种问题，使得我们有必要进行系统、综合、标准、规范的宽带多业务接入网络的构建。构建移动宽带多业务接入网络就是充分利用目前移动通信运营商的综合资源优势，以各种接入技术为依托，统一网络平台，建立接入技术模板，采用多种标准规范的接入方式实现移动多业务的接入，达到资源的有效配置、成本的降低、网络的容量的可靠保障和网络的稳定安全，最有效地为用户服务。有鉴于此，在充分了解和研究现今无线和有线宽带接入手段现状和发展趋势的基础上，按照“总体规划，分步实施”原则和策略。最终实现：移动宽带多业务接入网络平台的综合规划、网络调整和改造；沟通无线接入网络与数据汇聚层和本地骨干网络的互联；对多业务接入网络的网管系统作一些开发和拓展。最后通过对新技术的学习和展望提高对移动宽带多业务接入的新认识。更多还原

【Abstract】 21 century is the information era,voice,data,video and multimedia communication service have rapidly become necessary factor of our life and social.And the same time,it put forward higher demand to technology development,capacity increasing,velocity improvement and service multiplicity.With communication rapid development and competition rapid severity,exploring new technology and new service to meet customer’ s need becomes one of important goal to the communication corporation.Broad-band multi-service access is one of important content,coming information and communications services in deed via wireless and wire mean.But the station and position of the broad-band multi-service access are not very optimism.Dada service scale is rapidly expanding;transport network band resource is not enough;present network is not fitting dada transfer;technological realization of broad-band multi-service access is complex and all kinds of services are apart in the multi-service demand of market,therefore,the separation is not good for multi-service conformity,sharing and management;it restricts multi-service development for no integration network controllers.In conclusion,it is necessary to build the broad-band multi-service access network with system,intergration,standard and regulation.With building broad-band multi-service access network,it uses all resource advantage of the mobile communication corporation,relies on all kind of access technology,unites network platform,builds access technology stencil and utilizes many standard mode to realize resource valid equipment,cost reducing,capacity ensured and network security of mobile multi-service access to effectual serving to the customer.In a word,with studying enough the wireless and wire broad-band access station and developing trend at present,we will realize broad-band multi-service access network platform planning,adjusting and rebuilding,join wireless access network with data network,and extend the multi-service access network control system according principle of the "chief plan and separating implement".In the end,we will improve our knowledge to the mobile broad-band multi-service access by studying and expecting new technology.更多还原
