【摘要】 随着邮政体制改革的深化，WTO的加入，国外速递公司的全面进入，我国速递行业的竞争也日益激烈。与其他行业相比，邮政速递拥有丰富的客户数据。但是，谁能挖掘这些数据的内容和隐含在其中的知识，谁就能更好地提高竞争力，同时又可以为客户提供更好的服务，从而在竞争中脱颖而出。国内对这方面的研究才刚刚起步，国外在这方而已经大大地领先于国内。因此，研究数据挖掘技术在我国邮政速递业中的应用具有重要的价值。木文首先分析了论文的研究背景、国内外速递业中数据挖掘技术应用的现状，并介绍数据挖掘理论，然后结合韶关邮政速递的具体业务，探讨数据挖掘技术在邮政速递业中的应用，利用数据仓库技术提高邮政企业的决策能力。并详尽地研究了邮政速递数据挖掘系统与具体邮政业务的关系和接口问题，以及数据挖掘在邮政速递行业的具体应用的设计及实现。在具体的实施过程中，利用了数据仓库、OLAP等多种技术或工具。韶关邮政速递数据挖掘系统是数据挖掘与具体业务的结合，本系统使邮政速递业务流程更加科学，让管理者对客户的分析和跟踪更加高效，提高了邮政速递业务的市场竞争力，提高了企业的经济效益和社会效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the postal service organizational reform development and our entrance of WTO and comprehensive entrance of the overseas express delivery company, the competition of our country express delivery profession is becoming fiercer. Compares with other professions, the postal service express delivery has the rich customer data. But, who can excavate these data the content and the concealment in the among knowledge, who can enhance the competitive ability well, simultaneously may provide a better service for the customer, thus fully exposes talent in the competition. Our domestic research on this field is still at infancy, overseas research has already been superior to mine greatly. So it is vital and valuable to investigate the application of data mining technology in express delivery profession.The article first analyzes the paper research background and the data mining technology application present situation of the domestic and foreign express deliveries industry, and introduces data mining theory, then unifies the concrete service of Shaoguan postal service express delivery, discusses the application of data mining technology in the postal service express delivery industry. The article enhances the postal service enterprise using the data warehouse technology the decision power. The article exhaustively has studied the postal service express delivery data mining system and the concrete postal service relations and the connection question, as well as data mining in postal service express delivery profession concrete application design and realization. In the concrete implementation process, we have used many kinds of technologies or the tools such as the data warehouse, OLAP and so on.The Shaoguan postal service express delivery data mining system is the data mining and the concrete service union.
