苯乙烯单元仿真培训系统开发

【摘要】 本文以华北油田8万吨/年苯乙烯装置的苯乙烯单元为背景,开发苯乙烯单元全流程仿真培训系统。基于过程系统仿真平台(以下简称:PSSP)开发苯乙烯单元仿真培训系统的工作内容主要包括两方面:工艺模型开发和仿DCS系统开发。工艺模型开发是指调用PSSP平台单元子模块和苯乙烯装置特有的单元模块,建立全流程的系统模型。仿DCS系统开发是建立仿DCS/现场操作界面,并连接仿DCS/现场操作界面与系统模型进行数据通讯。本文不仅介绍了常用单元模型的建模原理,如管网流量计算模型,而且详细阐述了精馏塔和乙苯脱氢反应器算法的实现过程。根据精馏过程动态特性,将精馏塔分段建立数学模型,每段塔近似抽象成一块虚拟塔板,每一段汽液达到相平衡,并由此建立了精馏塔模型。脱氢反应器采用了简化的动力学数学模型,把复杂的反应处理成一个主反应和两个副反应过程,这样处理能大大简化模型计算,并且能保证精度要求。苯乙烯单元过程仿真培训系统应用实践表明,模型的计算结果与装置的设备设计数据非常接近,达到仿真培训系统的精度要求。本软件的模型是基于机理的数学模型,能够很好地反映装置实际运行情况,具有较好的动态特性,所以通过本软件的使用,能使培训人员深入理解工艺原理,快速掌握设备操作技能。

【Abstract】 The thesis is about the work of developing styrene unit simulation training system for HuaBei Petro-Chemical Corporation Styrene Plant with an annual output of 80,000 tons of styrene.Developing styrene unit simulation training system based on Process System Simulation Platform (PSSP) includes two main work, system modeling and virtual DCS development. System modeling is calling the existing modules from the module base of PSSP and adding the unique modules of styrene unit to the module base, then connecting them to build a system model. Virtual DCS development is to configure the virtual DCS and site operation interfaces and link interfaces to system model for data exchanging.This thesis introduced principles of building general modules, such as the pipe network module. It also detailed the distillation column and ethylbenzene dehydrogenation reactor modeling principles. According to distillation process dynamic characteristic, the distillation column can be divided into several sections. Each section is a virtual stage which has its own vapor-liquid phase equilibrium equation for dynamic behaviors modeling. The complexity of ethylbenzene dehydrogenation reaction was simplified, when the process was treated as a main reaction with two secondary reactions on the basis of ethylbenzene dehydrogenation reaction kinetics. And the computation load was reduced without computational accuracy loss. The application of styrene unit simulation training system showed the simulation result was very close to the design data and met the requirements of simulation training system. Because the system model was established on the basis of process mechanisms, its operation has good dynamic characteristic and was identical with the actual process with a certain range. It is helpful to entirely understand the process mechanism and improve operation skills to trainees.
