小水电机组数字式保护装置的研究与实现

【摘要】 我国的水利资源十分丰富,因地制宜合理地开发水利资源、建设小水电站,不仅利国利民,而且对于加快地区经济发展、缩小地区经济差异起着非常关键的作用。由于小水电站是小规模的经营体,投资规模小,其自动化部分投资较少,因此价格因素很重要。其经营主体是农民或农村技术人员,技术水平不高,所配套的设备必须是易安装、易操作的免维护产品。而且目前从国内到国外,还没有针对小水电发电机保护特有的产品。本文基于以上背景开发一种针对小水电的发电机保护装置,做到产品成本低、性价比高、安装操作维护简单。本文对国内外小水电发电机保护装置历史及现状作了较为全面的综述,详细介绍了小水电发电机保护装置需求特点,并确定需要配置的保护功能。围绕装置保护功能的实现介绍了保护装置的算法及原理,详细分析周期、傅氏算法、三次谐波过滤器等软件算法在装置中的应用。围绕装置产品工程化分别介绍了装置的硬件设计,主要分保护CPU的DSP硬件平台、人机对话面板的硬件平台及装置硬件工程化,其中重点介绍了保护的DSP硬件及面板的LONWORKS平台;介绍了装置软件设计,分保护软件及面板软件两部分,软件编制采用模块化思想,接下来分别介绍了保护主程序及各保护功能模块,面板程序的菜单显示、键盘操作、通信处理程序。最后,对该装置进行了大量的型式实验和动模实验,取得了良好的效果,全面验证了此装置的设计合理性。

【Abstract】 The water resources are extremely rich in our country.Permitting reasonably to develop the water resources and construct the small hydroelectric power station is not only useful for our country and people’benefit but also to play an extremely essential role in speeding up the local economy development and reducing the local economical difference.Because thesmall hydroelectric power station is the small scalemanagement body, investment scale is small and its automated partial investment is less, therefore the price factor is very important. Its management main body is the farmer or the countryside technical personnel. Because their technical level is not high, the corresponding equipment must not only be easy to install and operate,but also do not need to maintenance it.Moreover at present from domestic to overseas,there is not a unique product to protect the generator of small hydroelectric power station.This article develops one kind protective device of generator based on the small hydroelectric power station.The cost of which is low,but the performance is good and it is simple to install and maintenance.This article has made a more comprehensive summary to the history of generator protective device of small hydroelectric power stations from the domestic to foreign country.The article also in detail introduces the demand characteristic of the generator protective device, and determines the protection function which needs to dispose.In order to realize the protective function,the article introduces the algorithm and principle of protective device.It also analyzes the use of software algorithm of cycle,Fourier algorithm,triple frequency filter and so on in installment.Revolved the equipment product project to decompose,the article introduces the installment hardware design.The key point is the DSP hardware platform of protecting CPU,the man-machine dialogue kneading board and the equipment hardware project.The software design of the installment is introduced .The key point is the master routine and each protection function module.Finally,the equipment has been carried out the massive forms experiment and moving-mold experiment.The good effect has been obtained which has comprehensively confirmed the design rationality of this installment.
