基于MCGS与CAN-bus的石墨电极生产过程参数监测网设计

【摘要】 石墨电极生产行业是个高耗能、高污染的行业。世界上能生产高功率、超高功率石墨电极产品的发达国家的炭素生产规模已经日益萎缩。同时随着高科技、新技术的进步和世界各国需求量的增加,对发展中国家的石墨电极需求量越来越大。石墨电极生产的各个环节的工艺管理对石墨电极的质量至关重要,因此建立石墨电极生产过程监测网络对各个生产环节进行严格的管理势在必行。本文研究的目的就是建立监测网络实现对石墨化各个生产环节进行在线监测,为工艺管理提供必要的过程参数。通过建立监测网络,可以实现石墨电极生产的各个环节的实时数据浏览、实时曲线分析、历史数据分析以及历史数据存储等功能。工艺员可以通过对这些数据的分析掌握影响石墨电极质量的因素,进而调整策略,修改工艺。本文介绍了石墨电极的生产流程、现场总线的特点,分析了利用CAN总线建立石墨电极生产过程参数监测网络的优势。阐述了利用监测网络进行石墨电极生产监测的经济价值,给出了监测网的构架方法,并在工控组态软件MCGS平台上给出了监测网详细的通讯程序设计。针对现有石墨电极生产过程参数监测网可靠性差,不能实现不同通讯接口的设备入网,数据存储、分析管理不方便,组态软件不能直接操作CAN卡和网络所处环境干扰很大等问题,本文提出了在工控组态软件平台上实现CAN网络的通讯方法。在不同的通讯接口设备上利用转换模块实现挂网,在组态软件和CAN卡之间利用OPC服务器的方式实现组态软件对CAN卡的操作,软件滤波、采用中继器、合理布线和安装隔离模块等软硬件措施提高网络通讯的可靠性。监测网络的建立给工艺人员提供了很好的管理、分析数据的平台,实现了系统的功能要求。网络的实际运行结果证明本文给出的基于组态软件的CAN-bus石墨电极生产过程参数监测网是可行的。它具有造价低、实施方便、软件设计简单、容易掌握、可靠性好的优点,为该公司产品质量的提高提供了可靠的保障,并产生了显著的经济效益,满足了石墨电极质量工艺监测管理的需要。

【Abstract】 Because of the high energy consuming and pollution of graphite electrode profession, the scale of carbon productions, which could produce the high power, the super elevation power of graphite electrode products, in the developed country all over the world is shrinking day by day. Meanwhile, along with the rapid development of the new technical progress and the increasing demands of the graphite electrode quantity for many developing countries, the management of each link craft in the graphite electrode productions is very important to the graphite electrode quality. Therefore, the establishment of monitoring networks to the graphite electrode production process is imperative, which will carry on strict managements to each production link.The purpose of the study in this paper is to establish the monitoring network to carry on the online monitor to the graphitized each production link, and provide the essential process parameters for the craft management. The monitoring network establishment may realize each link of the graphite electrode production real-time data browsing, real-time curve analysis, history data analysis as well as history data storage and so on. The labor entertainer may analyze the graphite electrode quality influence factor from these data, then the adjustment strategy, issuing ordersThis paper gives a brief introduction of the graphite electrode production flow, the characters of the field bus, analyzed the advantage making use of the CAN-bus to build the graphite electrode production process parameters monitoring network. Expound the economic value of the graphite electrode production monitoring network. Given the method how to build the monitoring network in particular, and has designed the communication program of the monitoring network on the platform of the configuration software.In the view of the existing graphite electrode production process parameters monitoring network, the reliabilities are bad, which could not realize the equipment with different communication connection to enter the net, the data storage, the analysis and management are not convenient at all, the software configuration cannot directly control the CAN card and the network locates the environment of much disturbance and so on. This paper proposed the methods to realize the CAN network communication on the configuration software platform and uses the switch module on the different communication interface equipments. Also OPC server between configuration software and the CAN card to realize the configuration software operating the CAN card and the software filter, the repeater, the reasonable wiring, isolation module are used. Software and hardware measure is used to enhance the communication reliability of the network. The establishment of the monitoring network has provided a very good platform for management, analysis of data to the craft personnel, and satisfied the request of the system functions.The result of the network actual performance proved the graphite electrode process parameters monitoring network based on the configuration software and CAN-bus proposed by this article is feasible. It has has many virtues: the low construction cost, convenient to implement , simple for software design, easy to grasp, the good reliability. It has provided the reliable safeguard for the product quality enhancement of this company and has had the remarkable economic efficiency and has met the graphite electrode quality craft monitor management needs.
