柴油发电机组嵌入式智能控制系统的研究

【摘要】 柴油发电机组作为重要的主电源或备用电源得到了广泛的应用,智能控制系统在柴油发电机组中的应用推广,有助于提高柴油机组输出电能质量和柴油机组的自动化水平;柴油发电机组是高耗能的重型发电设备,其智能控制系统的研制也有助于节约能源和减少环境污染。本文在研究了柴油发电机智能控制器的总体结构基础上,针对数字励磁控制器和柴油机组主控制器进行了研究和设计。本文研究了数字式励磁控制器的原理,提出了高性能的数字式励磁控制器的设计方案。硬件方案采用MCU+DSP的架构建立高性能的硬件平台,因为柴油机组的工作环境恶劣,MCU采用有良好环境适应能力ADuC831,DSP选用高性能的工业级DSP TMS320F2812。软件方案采用同步交流采样算法,为高性能励磁控制提供精确的实时参数。励磁控制算法采用CMAC神经网络智能控制算法,并实现了DSP程序。本文对柴油机组主控制器进行了研究与设计。柴油机组主控制器是单台柴油发电机组的控制核心,通过CAN现场总线与机组中其他控制单元组成网络,以实现对柴油机组的监控和协调控制。为了实现控制系统的智能化和小型化,又考虑到柴油机组工作的环境,控制器方案采用了嵌入式PAC控制器。控制器采用高性能工业级ARM9处理器S3C2440A作为CPU,设计了丰富的外设与接口,为了实现大屏幕图形化的数据展现人机界面,设计了基于内含2D加速的显示驱动芯片SM501的高分辨VGA/LCD输出接口。操作系统方面,介绍了实时嵌入式操作系统WinCE.NET在S3C2440A平台上的移植。在此基础上,对单台柴油机组主控制器软件进行了研究与设计,实现了电量监控程序、发动机监控程序。最后对智能决策在柴油机组主控制软件中的应用进行了初步的探索,提出了基于AHP-Fuzzy智能决策模型的柴油机组工况分析方法和基于Agent智能决策模型的发电机组安全决策算法的控制框架。

【Abstract】 Diesel generators as an important main power or backup power sources have been widely used, the promotion of intelligent control system in diesel generators improved the quality of output power and level of automation. Digital Excitation Controller and main Controller of diesel generators are important component equipments of intelligent control system, This paper figures excitation controller and Diesel Group on the controller of research and design.This paper studies the digital excitation controller, the paper presents a high-performance digital excitation controller design. MCU + DSP hardware has been used to establish the framework for high-performance hardware platform, because the work environment of diesel Group is bad,ADuC831 which has good environment adaptive ness is adopted. High performance industry level DSP TMS320F2812 is adopted. synchronous sampling algorithm for high-performance excitation control provides accurate real-time parameters. The excitation control algorithm uses the CMAC nerve network intelligence control algorithm, and conducts the simulation research and the DSP procedure realization to it.This paper conducts the research and the design to the diesel oil unit master control. The diesel oil unit master control is the control core of single diesel oil generator, CAN field bus with other units composed of network control unit, Diesel to achieve the group control and coordination and control. In order to realize the control system intellectualization and the miniaturization, considering the work environment of diesel oil unit, Controllers using the program Embedded PAC Controllers. high-performance industrial grade S3C2440A ARM9 processor is adopted for CPU, rich peripherals and interface is designed, in order to achieve large-screen graphic display of data interface, specially designed output interface VGA/LCD containing accelerated 2D display driver chip SM501.In operating system aspect, platform transplant of real-time embedded operating system WinCE.NET in the S3C2440A is introduced. In this foundation, has conducted the research and the design to single diesel oil unit master control software, the electric quantity monitor routine, the engine monitor routine are realized. Finally has carried on the preliminary exploration to the intelligent decision-making in the diesel oil unit master control software application, proposed based on the AHP-Fuzzy intelligence decision-making model diesel oil unit operating mode analysis method and based on the Agent intelligence decision-making model power set security decision-making algorithm control frame.
