大学生分层次管理模式建构研究

【摘要】 为探索适应我国21世纪经济和教育发展需要的高等院校学生管理新模式,本文首先研究了我国高校学生管理的发展现状,对我国高校学生管理面临的问题与挑战、传统管理模式存在的问题作了必要的归纳和总结。同时对高等院校的学分制改革、后勤社会化改革、现行学生管理体制的特点作了分析和研究。在分析了现行学生管理体系的现状后,笔者提出了分层次学生管理模式的构想,分析了学生分层次管理的意义和功能、特点及优点,并对国内外分层次管理的实践进行了进一步的陈述。在此基础上,笔者对分层次管理体系的层次设计、实施措施、面临的问题和制约因素作了一定的分析和研究,指出学生管理必然要层次化、专业化、个性化、多元化、服务化方向发展,以此作为本论文研究的出发点和目标。为了论证大学生分层次管理体系的理论意义和可实践性,笔者在A大学展开了针对部分教师、学生管理人员、大学生的书面调查。在对这些资料进行理论分析研究的基础上,本文首先对学生分层次管理进行了战略研究,建立了适应分层次管理的高校学生管理系统,提出了分层次管理体系将要面临的问题和制约因素。在此基础上,提出大学生分层次管理在实施中要把握的几个关键因素。笔者在文中对学生管理的职能进行了分析和界定,论述了学生工作必须以教育管理为主,并由管理型向服务型转化的原因;对学生管理组织结构进行了设计,通过学生管理的幅度和层次、集权和分权、六大中心的建立、辅导员专业化等的设计和分析,重点针对现实管理中存在的问题,逐一分析了“学生管理重心下移”、“设立学生工作事务委员会”、“学生的个性化教育”等问题。最后,在分析影响学生分层次管理体系建立因素的基础上,构建了适合各种条件的学生管理新模式,并分析了学生管理干部的人员组成和素质要求。这些结论的提出,为我国高等教育改革的深化特别是新的学生管理体制的改革提供了新思路。

【Abstract】 To explore the new management model of university students of China, which is adaptive to the needs of economic and educational development in the 21st century, the paper researches the present development of higher education and sums up the problem and challenge of higher education and its traditional management style. And also, credit system reform, logistics social reform and the present type of student management system in universities are analyzed and studied.After analyzing the present types of student management system, the writer brings forward the idea of hierarchical students’management model and analyzes its meaning, function, characteristics and advantages, and also describes the practice of domestic and international hierarchical management. On the basis of the research, the writer studies the trend of student management system in the 21st century, pointing out that the future development must be leveled, specialized, personalized, diversified, and service-oriented developed, and puts forward the problems and objects of this paper.In order to demonstrate its theoretical meaning and practicability, the writer takes a written investigation on some teachers, student’s managers and undergraduates. Based on the theoretical analysis of this data, this paper studies the hierarchical management on undergraduates and sets up a student management system in universities which adapts to hierarchical management, and puts forward the problems and constraints which will be faced. Furthermore, it brings forward several key factors which should be grasped in the practice of hierarchical management. In the paper, the writer analyzes and defines the duty of student management, and describes the reasons why we place weight on the educational management and converts student management from management-oriented to service-oriented. Then the writer devises the management organization structure of undergraduates and separately analyzes such problems as“converting the core of work from centralization to decentralization”,“establishing student work committee”and“individualized education of undergraduates”through analyzing the design of management range and level, centralization and decentralization, construction of six centers and the professional counselors.Finally, on the basis of the analysis of influential factors, the paper sets up the new management model adaptive to kinds of conditions and analyzes the composition and quality requirements of administrative personnel. These conclusions provide new ideas on the deepening of higher educational reform in our country.
