【摘要】 目的运用除湿解毒汤治疗红斑痤疮，观察其临床疗效，以寻求有效的治疗方法。方法选择54例确诊为红斑痤疮的患者，随机分为两组，治疗组28例口服除湿解毒汤，对照组26例口服痤疮合剂(辽宁中医院的院内制剂)治疗。两组观察周期为四周。结果治疗组在综合疗效上明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)；从平均治愈时间上看，治疗组的所用时间明显少于对照组；在中医证候疗效及改善程度方面，治疗组也明显优于对照组，具有统计学意义；治疗组在不同病情治疗方面，轻、中度疗效明显优于重度(P＜0.05)。结论除湿解毒汤治疗红斑痤疮有较好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) in the treating rosacea。Methods: The patients were randomly divided into two groups。28 cases in treatment group, treated with Tradition Chinese Medicine(Chu shi jie du Tang), 26 cases in control group, treated with cuo chuang he ji。The period of treatment was one month。Results: The treatment group surpass the control group in the total effect(p＜0.05)。The treatment group was superior to the control group from the average cure time and the treatment of the symptom of TCM, having the covariance learns meaning.。At the different condition, the effect of light degree and medium degree surpasses a heavy degree obviously in the treatment group(p＜0.05)。Conelusion: Traditional Chinese Medicine is effective and safe for treating rosacea, and worth to be recommended in clinical application。更多还原
