莫成荣教授治疗骨性关节炎经验拾萃

【摘要】 骨关节炎(OA)是一种以关节软骨的变性、破坏及骨质增生为特征的慢性关节疾病，又称骨关节病、退行性骨关节病、肥大性或增生性关节炎。其主要临床表现为关节痛、关节僵硬，继而出现关节骨性肥大，关节功能减退，直至残废或生活不能自理。本病多累及膝、脊柱、指间等关节。其发病率随年龄的增加而增高，乃为老年人常见、多发和较难治的一种骨关节病。现代医学目前尚无理想的治疗方法，因此我们尝试运用传统中医药来治疗本病。本文主要介绍莫成荣教授对本病的认识以及治疗经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Osteoarthritis is a sort of cronic joint disease that characterized by denaturation and destroy of joint cartilage and hyperplasia of bone, which also called by the bone arthropathy or the recessive bone arthropathy or hypertrophic arthritis. Its main foremost clinic symptom is pain and stiff of joint, then bone hypertrophy of joint appeared and the function of joint weakened, even disabled.It mainly affect the joint of knee and vertebral column and interphalanges. The incidence of osteoarthritis is increasing with the increase of age. Soit is frequently taken place and difficultly treated in the middle and old people. At present the modern medicine has no ideal cruative method, therefore, we have a try to use the traditional Chinese medicine to cure the disease.
