【摘要】 “贫困生”问题是我国经济和教育发展过程中出现的现象,未来相当一段时期内,民族院校贫困生人数还有上升的趋势。长期的贫困对人的影响是深远的。贫困生问题是一个结构性的问题,靠单纯的经济援助不能根本解决。开展贫困生素质拓展,促进他们全面发展,提高他们获取资源的能力和可能性才能更好地解决贫困生问题。论文分五个部分:第一部分是相关概念的界定。主要是对贫困生、素质、民族院校贫困生素质拓展等相关概念作出深入的阐释;第二部分是民族院校贫困生素质拓展的意义;第三部分是民族院校贫困生素质现状及其原因分析。根据调查结果,归纳民族院校贫困生的素质特点,并从经济、科技及文化、信仰、传统习惯等方面分析其形成的原因;第四部分是民族院校贫困生素质拓展的目标、内容及原则;第五部分提出民族院校贫困生素质拓展的方法和途径。本文在结束语中还进一步指出:民族院校贫困生素质拓展不仅事关贫困生个人及家庭,还关系到校园及社会的和谐发展大局,同时,它还是一个系统的、持久的工程,必须常抓不懈。更多还原

【Abstract】 The problem of the poor students occurs in the development process of the national economy and education. The number of the poor students in colleges and universities for nationalities will still increase in a long future time. Long-time poverty has a deep effect on the people who suffers from it. Being a structural problem, the problem of the poor students can not be solved only by economic support. A better countermeasure to this problem is to promote their qualities, advance their comprehensive development, and to enhance their abilities and possibilities to get resources.The paper contains five parts. The first part gives the related definitions, mainly including the poor students, the qualities promotion of the poor students in the colleges and universities, etc.. The second part discusses the significance of the qualities promotion of the poor students in colleges and universities for nationalities. The third part analyzes the present situation of this problem and its reasons. According to the results of investigations, the paper sums up characteristic of the poor students in colleges and universities for nationalities and exposes the reasons for it from perspectives of economy, science and technology, culture, belief and traditional customs. The fourth part sets up goals, contents and principles for qualities promotion of the poor students in colleges and universities for nationalities. The fifth part suggests methods and approaches to promote qualities of the poor students in colleges and universities for nationalities.In the end, the paper points out that this problem ties in closely with not only the suffering students and their families, but also the harmony of colleges, universities and the whole society.
