上海电视台高清电视播出系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着人们生活水平的逐步提高,电视观众对高清节目的需求与日俱增。高清节目在视听效果方面有了很大的飞跃,带给人们超乎寻常的感受,也代表了未来电视节目的发展趋势。SMG旗下的上海文广互动电视有限公司(SiTV)的新视觉高清电视频道,自2006年1月1日起,每天播出15小时。但是现用的录像机播出模式存在一些隐患,比如,磁带反复使用引起图像质量下降,播出备份少等。而播出工作有其特殊要求,那就是“高质量,不间断,既经济,又安全”,这对图像质量和系统稳定提出了很高的要求。因此,我们试图将系统设计为视频服务器的全自动播出系统。在整个工程中,我承担了硬件系统的系统设计。结合播控中心自身实际情况提出的两级视频服务器方案能做到录播分离,防止人为误操作;应急系统和故障排除方案能减少停播率;播出监看监听系统能给值班员参考信息,从而做出正确的应急判断;杜比5.1声道音频系统能够提供高质量的环绕声效果。这些方案的实现大大提高了播出效率、质量及安全性,减小了劳动强度。

【Abstract】 With the development of people’s living standard, more and more viewers desire HD program for its special feeling. It is a leap in the process of audio-visual effect and a development trend of future TV program.The New Visual HD Channels of SMG SITV has broadcast 15 hours every day since Jan 1st, 2006. But there is some hidden trouble in original broadcast pattern. For example, when tapes repeat playing, picture quality gets worse and worse, or there is little secure backup. High quality, continuity, economic and safety is the rule of broadcast. So, high picture quality and stable system are necessarily required.For the purpose, we tried to design a fully-automatic HD Media Server broadcast system. In the process, I was in charge of designing hardware system. I combined the facts of the broadcast center and put forward a possible proposal .We matured the plan by constant revision. Now, the new system runs steadily and shows many merits. It improves efficiency, raises broadcast security, and eases labors.
