燃气燃烧器系统分析和控制应用

【摘要】 论文介绍了燃气燃烧器发展的背景和应用的范围,特别近年来我国经济持续快速发展,工业化、城市化发展要求城市采用高品质清洁能源。因此,燃气燃烧器在工业和民用工程领域被广泛应用并发展迅速。在燃烧器燃烧过程中,控制氮氧化物NOx非常重要,这是系统重要的环境指标。为了保证燃气燃烧器运行性能需要对燃烧器进行控制,讨论了现存应用的控制算法,包括纯滞后系统的达林控制算法和模糊逻辑控制算法,为进一步分析和应用Eclipse燃气燃烧器控制系统打下了基础。论文介绍了Eclipse公司的背景,对Eclipse燃烧器进行了分类。描述了15种Eclipse燃烧器和一个监控器。分析了各种燃气燃烧器的特点、性能和应用场合。讨论了Eclipse燃气燃烧器在中国重型汽车集团的新上汽车涂装线,对空气进行加热的实际应用。Eclipse燃烧器能满足实际生产过程对燃气燃烧器在生产、操作、设备连续运转和工艺性能的全面要求。论文对Eclipse公司的AH-MA V2.10空气加热燃烧器进行了设计和分析,分析了AH-MA线形燃气燃烧器的性能、优点和工作原理。论文进一步对AH-MA V2.10燃气燃烧器控制系统结构进行了分析。给出了燃气燃烧器结构设计的方法,进行了燃气燃烧器结构尺寸设计与燃气气体集(进)气管尺寸和布置设计。分析了燃气燃烧器控制系统的控制方式、点火系统、燃气主气盘。在对控制系统进行分析后建立了控制系统的控制算法,对改进的算法进行了计算机仿真。论文分析了燃气燃烧器微控制系统的基本结构、组成和控制目标。在比较了两层鲁棒燃烧微处理器控制系统的基础上,增加了空气气流控制,构成了鲁棒自适应控制系统。这样,燃烧控制过程更为细腻,增强了控制器的动态品质,保证了最优的燃烧性能和最小的污染废气排放。模拟计算结果描述了鲁棒自适应参数控制律的系统响应。分析和仿真结果结果证明所建立的自适应控制方案对燃气燃烧器的鲁棒控制是有效的,可提高系统燃烧的效率达到系统性能指标的要求。

【Abstract】 The thesis introduces the field of application and background of development of gas burners. Especially, the economy develops rapidly in our country. The development of Industries and city needs the high quality and clean energy. Therefore, gas burners are applied and developed rapidly. In the process of burning, it is important to control Nox. This is an important environment. In order to obtain the property, gas burner need be controlled. The thesis discusses existed control algorithms including Dahlin and fuzzy logic algorithms. It is a base of analyzing and applying Eclipse Burners.The history of Eclipse Inc. is introduced and Eclipse Eclipse burners are sorted. It describes 15 kinds of Eclipse burners and one burning monitor. It analyzes the characteristic of gas burners, property and application field. Applications of Eclipse gas burners are described for example of Chinese Heavy Truck Company Group to heat air in the assembly line. Eclipse burners can meet requirements of production, operation, running and of equipments.It analyzes and designs Eclipse burner AH-MA V.210 including its property,advantage and operation principle. Furthermore, it analyzes the structure of control system in gas burners. The design method of burner structure is obtained. Sizes of burner structure, size of air let in pipe and the location of the pipe are designed. The analysis of control system is obtained for control method, fire system and main gas burning plate.After analysis of control system, the algorithm of control is built. This paper analyzes the basic structure, components and control objective. After comparing the two level robust micro controller of burner system, it adds the control of the airflow in the control system that has more control variables for the robust adaptive control in the burner system. Thus, the process of burning is controlled in high performance, and it guarantees the quality of burning and least pollution emissions. The results of simulation describes that the robust adaptive control has a better dynamic response. It improves property of control algorithm and computer simulation is obtained. The results of analysis and simulation indicate that the adaptive control algorithm can control gas burners better.
