【摘要】 人居环境的概念一经提出,世界上就掀起来研究人居环境的热潮,居住区环境是狭义的人居环境,我国对居住区环境的评价开始于上世纪九十年代,发展迅猛。本文在介绍国内外关于人居环境研究的发展历程和现状的基础上,深入探讨居住区环境的构成要素。在兼顾环境保护,可持续发展和人的需要的前提下,遵循针对性,独立性,可操作性,层次性,动态性和全面性原则,精心筛选环境因子,建立了居住区环境评价指标体系;在考虑居民生活需要的基础上,参考国内相关法规的指标限制确定了各定量指标要素的标准值和各定型因子的分级标准;结合专家咨询法和层次分析法确定个指标要素的权重。运用所建立的指标体系对2005年南京市锁金四村的生态环境作了综合评价。评价结果为:2005年锁金四村的生态环境综合评价值为0.7046,说明锁金四村作为旧居住区,其生态环境可以基本满足人们的正常生活需要,但还有很大的改进空间,作为一个代表性的实例说明就居住区在基础设施建设上还不能跟上发展节奏,不能满足人们日益增长的物质需要。最后文章讨论了建立普适性和针对性居住区环境评价体系,作为不同评价目的的参照;讨论了建立居住区环境的心理满意度评价体系,利用客观赋值法确定权重和居住区环境改善的着眼点。更多还原

【Abstract】 As soon as the Human Settlements was advanced, there were a rush researching it. Residence environment is the narrowly defined human Settlements. We have studied on the residence environmental assessment from 1990s, and the research was rapidly developed.In this article, it discusses deeply the inscape of residence environment, introducing the history and current situation of human Settlements at home and abroad. It builds the residence indicator system on the premise of environmental protection, sustainable development and human needs, detailed filter environment factor following direction, independence, maneuverability, succession, dynamics and all sidedness. It fixes on the standard of quantitative factors and the grading standards of characterizational factors accounting the human needs and consulting the related statute. It fixes the weights of factors by Delphi and the analytic hierarchy process。In the end, it assesses the environment of Suo jin si cun using he system.The assessment result is 0.7046 in 2005. It shows that the environment of Suo jin si cun can satisfy basically human needs as an old residence and can be advanced greatly. It is a typical example to prove that the infrastructure of old residence can’t satisfy the evergrowing material want of resident.In the end ,it discusses the universal system and the system as the directional system as the consult for different purpose. It suggestes to build the satisfaction system of residence environment and use external evaluation, points out the respects on environment reform.更多还原
