中山杉无性系扦插繁殖技术的研究

【摘要】 中山杉为落羽杉属的优良杂交无性系,具有速生、耐盐碱、适应性强等优点,是优质用材林、防护林树种。本试验对中山杉F2代四个优良无性系中山杉24、中山杉118、中山杉136、中山杉160进行了扦插繁殖研究,以期为中山杉优良无性系扦插繁殖提供理论依据和技术支撑。试验主要结果如下:1.在不同中山杉无性系硬枝和嫩枝扦插试验中,中山杉118扦插效果均明显优于中山杉24、中山杉136和中山杉160,硬枝和嫩枝扦插插穗生根率分别为42.2%和79.2%。2.中山杉硬枝扦插较为困难。扦插时间对硬枝扦插插穗生根影响显著,3月5日扦插插穗的生根率、根量、根长均高于3月25日。3.嫩枝扦插是中山杉扦插繁殖较适宜的方式。扦插时间对嫩枝扦插插穗生根影响显著,6月28日扦插效果较好,优于其后的三次扦插。在枝条部位扦插试验中,基部插穗生根率最高,其次为中部插穗,梢部插穗最低。不同长度插穗扦插试验中,15cm插穗扦插效果最好,其次为8~10cm,最差为5~6cm。4.通过正交试验分析得出:中山杉硬枝扦插最佳处理组合为ABT 200mg·L-1处理中山杉118,时间为30min;嫩枝扦插最佳处理组合为IBA l000mg·L-1处理中山杉118,时间为10s。

【Abstract】 “Zhongshansha”, an excellent crossbreeding clone of Taxodium Rich., was known for rapid growth, high resistance to salt and alkali soil and strong adaptability, and it could be used as a high-quality timber and defendant woods. The cutting of four excellent F2 generations,“Zhongshansha 24”,“Zhongshansha 118”,“Zhongshansha 136”and“Zhongshansha 160”, were studied in this thesis, in order to provide theoretical gist for cutting of“Zhongshansha”clones. The results were as follows:1.“Zhongshansha 118”, with rooting rate of 42.2% in hardwood cutting and 79.2% in softwood cutting, showed better effect for cutting than“Zhongshansha 24”,“Zhongshansha 136”and“Zhongshansha 160”in both hardwood and softwood cutting experiments of different“Zhongshansha”clones.2. The hardwood cutting of“Zhongshansha”clones was difficult and the propagating times could affect the rooting rate significantly. The rooting rate, root number and root length of March 5 were higher than those of March 25.3. The softwood cutting was a better propagating method for“Zhongshansha”clones. The propagating times could affect the rooting rate significantly, the effect of cutting in June 28 was better than that any of latter three times. The results of cutting with different branch parts showed that the rooting rate of cuttings with under part of branch was highest, followed by that of middle part, and that of tip was lowest. The results of cutting with branch of different lengths showed that the effect of cuttings of 15cm was best followed by that of 8-10cm, and that of 5-6cm was worst. 4. The analysis of orthogonal experiment showed that the best combined treatment of hardwood cutting of“Zhongshansha”was that“Zhongshansha 118”was treated by ABT 200mg·L-1 for 30min and the best combined treatment of softwood cutting was that“Zhongshansha 118”was treated by IBA l000mg·L-1 for 10s.
