汽车发动机停车振动特性的研究与减振装置的设计

【摘要】 随着社会的日益进步和科学技术的不断发展,人们对汽车驾乘舒适性的要求也越来越高,汽车在起动、怠速、正常行驶和停车等各种工况下良好的平顺性和低噪音成为评判现代汽车质量优劣的重要标志。进入二十世纪以来,环境污染和能源危机两大问题显得日益突出,为减轻这两大问题,汽车行业正在加紧推动“轻量化”和“柴油化”进程,这使得一些轻量化后的柴油轿车振动现象愈演愈烈,解决该类振动问题已经成为广大汽车工业者迫在眉睫的工作。本课题以国产某柴油轿车为研究对象,研究了其发动机在停车过程中,产生短时、剧烈振动现象的原因和机理,提出了切实可行的解决方案,本着科研与生产实际相结合的设计思想,设计出符合生产实际需要的减振装置。主要研究工作包括以下几个方面:1、通过对单缸、多缸及直列四缸汽车发动机振动激励源的分析,将停车过程中的发动机振动系统,抽象为单自由度振动系统来加以研究。2、通过对单自由度振动系统自由振动、强迫振动的振动特性分析,得出停车过程中的发动机振动系统的振动曲线。3、分析了汽车发动机的各种振动控制方法,结合所研究的课题,提出了发动机停车过程中的振动控制方法。4、结合对汽车发动机在停车过程中振动控制装置的实际要求,设计出可靠的减振装置。5、加工减振装置样机,实际装车并检测其减振效果。

【Abstract】 With the society’s increasing progress and the technology’s unceasing development,people’s desire for the automobile’s comfortableness becomes more and more eager.Good smoothness and low noise of automobile in starting,idling,normal running,shutting down and other cases are the symbol of modern automobile.This article takes a certain homemade diesel vehicle as the research object,studies short-time fierce vibration phenomenon’s reason and mechanism in the shutting down process,proposes practical and feasible solution,and designs a good antivibration device which is based on the design concept that scientific research unifies actual production.Main research work include the following aspects:1、Discussing the autombile engine’s shock excitation source.Through the analysis of simplex and multi-cylinder autombile engine’s shock excitation source, abstracting the engine system in shutting down for the single degree of freedom vibrating system and made a research.2、Through the single degree of freedom vibrating system’s free and forced vibr.ating’s analysis,obtaining the vibrating curve of engine vibration system in the shuting down.3、Analyzing various autombile engine’s vibrating control methods,proposing the engine’s vibrating control method in the engine’s shutting down according to the research topic.4、According to the actual requestment of vibrating control device in the autombile engine’s shuting down,designing a reliable antivibration device.5、Processing the prototype of antivibration device,assembleing it in a car actually and examining its antivibration effect.
