【摘要】 随着居住环境园林化时代的到来,人们越来越关注现代居住环境景观的塑造,也正因此,引进水景设计正在成为潮流,再加上房地产开发的热潮使“坐拥水景”成为了高品质社区环境的时尚特征,所以现代居住区水景规划设计的也日益引起各界的重视。然而目前国内居住区水景规划设计出现了许多盲区和缺陷,一些案例相互抄袭,设计严重出现模式化现象,还有一些作品盲目实行“西化主义”,照抄照搬国外的水景设计,造成了本土文化的缺失,无法形成个性化设计风格。如何利用与时俱进的理论研究、方法改进等来充实现代居住区水景规划设计的内容是当下急需解决的问题。本文从现代居住区水景的基本特征展开分析:水景设计的历史渊源、水景的分类、水景在居住环境中的景观、生态、社会经济价值以及水景的各种布局形式。同时从水景的各种特征中演绎出多元化的意识形态,传承了丰富多样的社会文化思想和人文审美特性。这些条件的具备,为以后的理论研究奠定了基础。本文深入系统的研究了现代居住区水景规划设计的理论体系,在资料收集整理和实例调查的基础上,笔者提出了现代居住区水景规划设计的三大理论:可持续发展的生态整合理论即在现代居住区水景规划设计中应充分利用生态整合理论,在可持续发展理念的指导下,对相关生态理论、技术、方法进行整理、保护、融合、创新;中国意象审美理论即在景观设计方面要符合节约型社会发展的需要,将“少即是多”的意象审美理论引入具体设计方法中来,实现中国传统意象审美在现代居住水环境中的现实意义;城市建设的多元化理论即要结合当下多元文化思潮和学科发展的态势,丰富居住区水景规划设计的内容。本文又在水景三维尺度设计上得出了新的研究成果,提出了现代居住区水景平面尺度设计时应遵循“用途决定水体面积”的原则,依据不同功能作用的水容器类型确定不同的水面积;同时指出水景的立面尺度要符合居民安全性和亲水性的需要,并提出了当前较适宜的水池深度。文章最后选择合肥市三个典型居住区水景实例,从不同方面验证了研究内容的可行性。本研究为设计者拓展了设计思路,为今后的居住区水景规划设计提供了更丰富的理论依托,给居住区水景注入了新的生命力,也为今后水景规划设计指出了新的发展方向,同时适宜水体尺度的确定也给后期的维护管理带来了方便。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the arriving of beautification time in the residential environment,people more and more pay attention to the mold of modern environment landscape,therefore,the introduction of water scene design is becoming the tidal current.Moreover,the Real Estate makes "supporting the water scene on the seat" become the fashion characteristic of High-end Community Environment Residential Landscape Design.Therefore the modern community water scene plan design also day by day brings to the attention from all walks of life.However the present domestic community water scene plan design appeared many blind spots and the flaw,some cases plagiarize mutually,the design appears the patternizing phenomenon seriously,but also has some works to implement "the westernized principle" blindly,copies the water scene design abroad,has created the native place culture flaw,is unable to form the personalized design style.How to use the fundamental research,the method improvement which keeps pace with the times and so on to enrich the content of modern community water scene plan design is the urgent problems.This article began from the basic characteristic of modern community water scene to launch the analysis:the historical origin,the classification,the value of ecology,social, economy and the distribution of the water scene.Meanwhile each kind of characteristic from water scene deducts the multiplication ideology and has inherited the bountiful social culture thought and the humanities esthetic characteristic.These condition has laid the foundation for later fundamental research.Then this article researched the theory systems in modern community water scene.In the foundation of the acquisition of information reorganization and the example investigation,the author proposed three theories for modern community water scene plan design:sustainable development ecology conformity theory was that we should use the ecology conformity theory fully in the modern community water scene design,under the instruction of sustainable development idea,carrie the successively reorganization, protection,fusion and innovation on the ecology theory,the technology and the method; Chinese image esthetic theory was that according to the need of the Economized Society in the Landscape Design,introduce the image esthetic theory which is "few will be many" into the concrete design method,then realize the practical significance of the Chinese image esthetic theory in the modern environment;urban construction multiplex theory was that we must unify immediately the multicultural ideological trend and the discipline development situation,rich the content of community water scene plan design. This article then has obtained the new research results in the three dimensional criterion design of water scene,proposed that we should follow the principle of "the use decides the water body area" in the criterion design of modern community water scene, and determinate the different water area according to different function of the water vessel;Simultaneously pointed out the vertical surface criterion of the water scene must conform to the inhabitant security and the water affinity need,and proposed a suitable basin depth in the current.The article finally takes three typical community water scenes in Hefei for example,has confirmed the feasibility of the research content from the different aspects.This findings have developed the design mentality for the designer,has provided the richer theory backing for the next community water scene plan design,has poured into the new vitality for the community water scene,also had pointed out a development direction for the next water scene plan design,simultaneously the determination of the suitable water body criterion also bring convenient for the the maintenance management in later period.更多还原
