职业中学语文“合作学习”教学模式探究

【摘要】 二十一世纪的社会是一个日益科技化和国际化的社会,是知识社会、信息社会、竞争愈加激烈的社会,这对于培养和造就我国二十一世纪的一代新人提出愈加迫切的需要。联合国教科文组织对二十一世纪的人才提出的要求是:学会生存、学会学习、学会合作、学会实践。二十一世纪教育委员会在论述教育的四大支柱时突出地谈到:合作比竞争更重要,不会合作的人不是现代人。合作实际上是将个人之间的竞争转化为小组之间的竞争,是建立在小组成员分工负责、各尽所能、通力合作基础上的良性竞争。在语文教学中,科学的组织合作学习,必将有助于培养学生积极的合作意识、正确的竞争态度和健康的团队精神。二十世纪七十年代美国首先倡导并实施合作学习教学模式,取得了令人瞩目的成绩,国内许多中小学纷纷效仿。《语文课程标准》第三条理念提出:“积极倡导自主、合作、探究的学习方式。”这种教学模式有力地挑战了教师“一言堂”的专制,增加了学生自主合作的机会,增强了学生对学习的责任感和协同合作的能力,改善了学生对学习、学校、同伴和自己的看法,培养了学生的主动探究精神和态度。但我国目前合作学习还存在一些问题,如合作观念淡薄,合作流于形式,教师的作用不能很好地发挥等。基于此,本文综合运用文献分析、实践等方法,分析了传统教学模式与合作学习教学模式,对当前建立合作学习小组以及如何对合作学习的结果进行评价等问题进行探讨。重点论述了合作学习模式在职业中学语文课堂上的应用,试图探究语文合作学习教学模式,希望能对语文教学实践有所帮助。
【Abstract】 The society of the 21st century is a society of technology and intemationality, and also a society of the knowledge and information. It makes greater demands on the new personality of the 21st century. The UNESCO makes on the talented persons of the 21st century are: learning existence; learning society, learning cooperation; learning practice. The Educational Committee of the 21st century discusses stresses the main points when discussing the four great pillars of the education-namely the cooperation are much more important than competition. The people who can not cooperate are not the modern people. The cooperation actually is to change the personal competition into the completion of the groups. It is the competition which bases on group members’ division of labor, each doing his best, and united effort. In the Chinese teaching, the scientific cooperative study is helpful to students’ active cooperative consciousness, their correct competitive attitude and the healthy group spirit.The United State first proposes the cooperative study model, putting it into practice, and then gains the outstanding achievement. The third doctrine of the Chinese curriculum claims: propose one self’s cooperative and inquired study models actively. This kind of teaching model challenges to the autocracy of "teacher-centered "system. It increases the opportunity for the students’ own study; it strengthens the students’ person responsibility sense and cooperative abilities; it improves the students’ views towards the study, school, students and themselves; it cultivates the students’ own inquired spirits and attitudes.But now our country still has some problems in such area. For example, the cooperative sense is weak; the cooperation is only a matter of form; teacher’s foundation can’t be brought in to play effectively.According to such point, The article uses reference analysis and practical method to discuss some problems, such as the foundation of the cooperative study group, some problems and strategies that appeared in the process of cooperative study, the evaluation of the cooperative study results. And it emphatically expounds application of the study model in the Chinese class of vocational school . I hope that it can be helpful to the Chinese teaching practice.
