高职院校的高技能人才培养模式研究

【摘要】 世界经济的竞争归根结底是人力资源素质的竞争。现代社会不仅需要大批具有较高技术和理论的研究型、设计型的科技人才,而且更加需要大量的具有丰富实践经验、勤奋敬业、技艺高超的技能型人才。高技能人才短缺问题已成为当代中国亟待解决的热点问题。高等职业院校作为培养高技能人才的摇篮,担负着培养高技能人才的重任。然而目前的高职院校在培养高技能人才方面与社会需求还有相当的距离,在人才培养模式方面还有待进一步完善。高技能人才的培养是一个系统工程,需要学校培养和企业锻炼相互结合。本文主要研究院校阶段的高技能人才培养问题,高职院校应使学生具备基本的高技能人才的专业知识和专业技能,以及胜任岗位要求的人才素质,然后经过社会工作实践成长为高技能人才。本文通过分析论证,旨在建立一种适应高职院校高技能人才培养的人才培养模式。本篇论文采用文献法、比较研究法等方法探讨了高技能人才的概念、内涵,高技能人才应具备的知识能力素质要求,也探讨了高职院校高技能人才培养模式的概念、特征以及构成要素。通过对当前我国高技能人才的理论阐述,分析了我国高职院校高技能人才培养的现状,借鉴了国外高技能人才培养的经验,在此基础上,提出了构建我国高职院校高技能人才培养模式的具体措施。全文分四大章,第一章探讨了高技能人才的概念、内涵和知识能力素质要求。第二章是高职院校高技能人才培养模式的概念和特征。第三章介绍了国外高技能人才培养的主要经验,分析了我国高职院校高技能人才培养模式存在的问题,提出了借鉴国外高技能人才培养模式的主要方面。第四章从三个层级,即目标体系、内容方式体系、保障体系三个方面提出了如何构建我国高职院校的高技能人才培养模式。

【Abstract】 The competition in world economy, in the final analysis, is a competition of human resources quality. In contemporary society, not only are needed large quantity of R&D oriented scientific human resources owning advanced theory and high technology, but also needed, even more, large number of skilled personnel with fruitful practical experiences who are diligent, career-respected and high-skilled. In nowadays China the shortage problem of high-skilled personnel has been a hotspot problem, which is in an urgent need to solve. Vocational and technical colleges which are the cradles of the high-skilled personnel shoulder the important task of training them. But for vocational and technical colleges, there is a long distance to go to train a large number of high-skilled personnel with high quality. The colleges should also improve the talent-training mode. The training of high-skilled personnel is systematic work which needs the combination of training in vocational and technical colleges and work in factories. This paper mainly studies the training of high-skilled personnel in colleges which should give the students the basic professional knowledge, skill, diathesis that high-skilled personnel should have. After working in the factories for years, they can become high-skilled personnel. Through the analysis and argumentation, the paper attempts to build a talents-training mode which is suitable for vocational and technical colleges in China.This paper utilizes investigate-research method, documenting method, comparative analysis method, and etc, to discuss such issues as: the concept and nature of high-skilled personnel, the knowledge, the competence, the diathesis which they should have. It also discusses the concept, the nature of the talents-training mode for vocational and technical colleges. Through illustrating the nowadays China’s theory of high-skilled personnel, the paper analyses the situation of vocational and technical colleges training high-skilled personnel in our country. It also learns the experiences of developed countries. On the basis, this paper gives the concrete measures of constructing the talents-training mode in vocational and technical colleges in our country.This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter discusses the concept, the nature, the knowledge, the competence, the diathesis which they should have of high-skilled personnel. In the second chapter, it introduces the concept, the nature of the talents-training mode in vocational and technical colleges. The third chapter introduces the experiences of developed countries and analyses the problem of our country’s talents-training mode in vocational and technical colleges. And it also learns the experiences of developed countries. The forth chapter is how to build the talents-training mode of high-skilled personnel in vocational and technical colleges from three levels which are object system, content system and guarantee system.
