【摘要】 作为新兴的水利风景区，小浪底旅游业发展目前正处于旅游地生命周期的起步阶段。伴随着小浪底旅游经济的发展，旅游业内部结构失衡、资源环境破坏以及社区利益丧失等问题也日益显露出来。有必要运用旅游可持续发展理论，对小浪底水利风景区的旅游可持续发展问题作相关的研究，以指导小浪底旅游业发展的实践，促进小浪底旅游业持续、健康、和谐发展。本文首先从基本概况、旅游经济发展水平、旅游客源市场状况、旅游业收入结构、旅游资源条件和旅游业可持续发展的主要制约因素等方面对小浪底水利风景区旅游业的发展现状和条件进行了分析；然后利用旅游可持续发展理论，探析了小浪底水利风景区旅游可持续发展的研究内容与方法，其中研究内容包括旅游经济持续增长能力、旅游资源环境保护能力和旅游社会效益，并利用综合指标法构建了小浪底水利风景区旅游可持续发展评价指标体系，指标体系分为总目标层、子目标层、指标层和因子层四层，各指标的权重通过特尔斐法获得。利用评价指标体系对小浪底水利风景区旅游可持续发展现状进行了评价。评价结果是小浪底水利风景区旅游业处于基本可持续发展水平，其中旅游资源环境保护能力达到了可持续发展水平，旅游社会效益处于基本可持续发展水平，旅游经济持续增长能力较差，几乎接近不可持续发展水平。在对评价结果分析的基础上，有针对性地提出了促进小浪底水利风景区实现旅游可持续发展的基本对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Being one of the newly founded tourist destinations, the tourism development ofXiaoLangdi Water Conservancy Scenic Spot (XLDSS) is in the starting stage accordingto the theory of "tourism area cycle of evolution". With the rapid growth of tourismeconomy, the interior structure of tourism has been becoming imbalanced, the tourismresources and environment have been destroying and the social benefit has been losing.So it is necessary to study the tourism sustainable development of XLDSS according totourism sustainable development theory, and it aims at providing the guidance for thetourism sustainable development of XLDSS.The paper firstly analyzes the tourism developing present and conditions of XLDSSfrom the following aspects: basic profile, development level of tourism economy, tourismmarket conditions, income structure, resources conditions and the main limited factors oftourism sustainable development. Secondly, the paper probes the research content andmethod of the tourism sustainable development of XLDSS, in which the content includessustainable increasing capacity of tourism economy, protection ability of tourismresources and environment and level of tourism social benefit. Thirdly, according tocomposite indicators method, the paper establishes evaluation indicator system of tourismsustainable development of XLDSS, which is made up of overall target level, sub-targetlevel, indicator level and factor level, and each value of indicators weigh are got throughDelphi survey.By virtue of the evaluation indicator system, the paper gives an appraisal of thetourism sustainable development present of XLDSS, and the result shows that the tourismof XLDSS is in the basic sustainable development stage, in which the protection ability oftourism resources and environment attains to sustainable development standard, the levelof tourism social benefit is in the stage of basic sustainable development, and thesustainable increasing capacity of tourism economy is poor, which almost comes near tonon-sustainable development standard. On the basis of analyzing the result, severalsuggestions are offered to improve the tourism sustainable development of XLDSS.更多还原
