【摘要】 21世纪将是世界旅游业长盛不衰的鼎盛时期，青岛的旅游业也在蓬勃发展。旅游业的飞速发展有赖于人才资源，而人才资源的开发又有赖于旅游职业教育。因此，在高速发展的旅游业背景条件下，旅游管理专业人才的培养已成为一个极具现实和理论研究价值的焦点。笔者在对青岛市几所高等旅游职业院校进行调研后发现，我市高等旅游职业教育在办学理念、专业设置、课程调整、教学内容和方法、考试制度以及师资培养等方面存在许多亟待解决的问题。本文以高等职业教育的理论为依托，在总结国外高等旅游职业教育发展经验的基础上，对青岛市高等旅游职业教育在加强课程和教学内容体系的改革、促进双向参与及产学研结合、加强师资队伍建设、改革教学方法和考试制度等方面进行了系统地探讨，提出了切实可行的具体措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The 21st century should be the prime time for world tourism industry. The tourism industry in Qingdao is developing vigorously. The rapid growth of tourist development lies in the rich professional resources, which relies on tourism vocational education. Under the favorable backdrop of rapid development of tourism industry, the cultivation of tourism management professionals has become a focus which is of both immediate and research value.The writer investigates some higher tourism vocational colleges in Qingdao and finds that there are a lot of problems to be solved in Qingdao’s higher tourism vocational education, such as specialty setting-up, adjustment of subjects, teaching materials, teaching contents and teaching method, examination system and training of teachers.This paper, based on the theory of higher vocational education and summarizing the experience of higher tourism vocational education in foreign countries, makes a systematic discussion on how to strengthen the reform of subjects and teaching Content system, promote mutual participation and combination of production and learning, strengthen the building of teaching contingents and reform the teaching methods and examination system, put forward some feasible specific measures.更多还原
