废旧沥青混合料再生技术应用于农村公路路面结构试验研究

【摘要】 随着经济建设的飞速发展,公路事业发展突飞猛进,交通量和车辆荷载也不断增长,路面破坏日趋严重。沥青路面是我国道路的主要形式,每年大量的沥青路面需进行养护翻修和改造,从而产生大量的废旧沥青混合料。废旧沥青混合料是一种可以再生利用的材料资源,合理再生利用,能够节省大量的沥青和砂石材料,形成可持续发展的良性循环,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。作为冷再生方法之一,可用无机结合料对废旧沥青混合料进行稳定。国内外已有研究成果一般在用无机结合料稳定材料试验方法考察生成的无机稳定废旧沥青混合料性能后,将其作为沥青路面的基层或底基层。而分析废旧沥青混合料得到其中仍含有相当量沥青,单一运用无机结合料稳定材料试验方法是否能够全面考察材料性能,无机稳定废旧沥青混合料是否仅适用于沥青路面基层或底基层,本文认为都有待进一步研究。本文结合江苏省交通科学研究计划项目《废旧沥青混合料再生技术应用于农村公路路面结构试验研究》(06Y45),研究了以下内容:(1)高等级公路沥青路面铣刨料用于农村公路建设的可行性及利用率。(2)确定无机稳定剂(水泥或二灰),分析评定原材料的物理力学性能,针对农村公路结构层材料的组成特点,找出适合材料构成特点的最佳稳定剂及填料掺量的取值范围。(3)分别用无机稳定材料和沥青混合料试验方法测试无机稳定废旧沥青混合料的路用性能,分析适合无机稳定废旧沥青混合料的性能试验方法。(4)研究无机稳定剂冷再生旧沥青混合料形成路面材料的组成结构和再生原理。通过微观试验手段分析无机稳定废旧沥青混合料中无机结合料、沥青、集料的结合状态,并为其强度形成提供依据。(5)根据无机稳定废旧沥青混合料的性能特点及农村公路的使用特性,将无机稳定废旧沥青混合料应用于合适的农村公路路面结构层,并进行路面结构优化设计。(6)设计施工方案,确定较合适的施工工艺。(7)农村公路中无机稳定废旧沥青混合料作为结构层的沥青路面结构与普通沥青路面结构的经济技术性能及社会环境效益对比评价。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the economy and the highway construction, the traffic and the vehicle load are steadily increasing. More and more pavements will be destroyed. Most of the highways in our country are asphalt pavements. As every year many of those are maintained and reconstructed, a lot of old bituminous mixtures will be produced. The old bituminous mixtures are one kind of the resources which can be reclaimed. If they could be reclaimed by a suitable way, we could save plenty of road materials, and this could bring a sustainable development. Thereby, it has remarkable economic and social benefits.The old bituminous mixtures being stabilized with inorganic binders is a cold recycling method. The reclaimed mixtures have been applied in base and subbase, after being detected the performance by test methods of materials stabilized with inorganic binders. But there is still much asphalt in old bituminous mixtures, if it is reasonable to reflect the comprehensive performance only by traditional test methods, and if the reclaimed mixtures are reasonable to applied just in base and subbase?Combining with the research project The Experimental Investigation of Recycling Techniques of Old Bituminous Mixtures Applied in Rural Highways, which is belonged to the transport science program in Jiangsu Province, this paper explores the parts below:(1)Study the fesibility to reclaim old bituminous mixtures from freeways and use it in rural highways.(2)Decide the inorganic binder (cement or lime-flyash), research the characteristics of the raw materials, find out the best content of the binder and the filling material.(3)Test performance of the reclaimed mixtures by test methods both of bituminous mixtures and materials stabilized with inorganic binders, explore the suitable test methods of reclaimed bituminous mixtures. (4)Research the inner structure and the mechanism of the reclaimed mixtures. Observe the interface of the inorganic binder, the asphalt, and the aggregates by crocosmic tests, thus we can study the mechanism of the reclaimed mixtures base on it.(5)According to the performance of the reclaimed old bituminous mixtures and the operational performance of rural highways, apply the reclaimed mixtures in an appropriate structure course of the rural highways. Have an optimization design of the pavement structure.(6)Design the construction scheme, decide the suitable construction technics.(7)Balance the economic and technical characteristics, the social and environmental benefits of rural highways with ordinary asphalt pavement structure and those with reclaimed old mixture courses.
