【摘要】 我国的水利工程建设已经取得了迅猛发展,但对于中小型水利工程而言,在很多地方还没有完全建立相应完善的管理体系,尤其在施工质量控制及评价方法方面还存在许多问题,可供借鉴的成熟的经验或系统的研究还很少。如何探索出中小型水利工程施工质量控制的措施与方法,建立施工质量评价方案,改进项目管理体制,确保工程质量,对于中小型水利工程的建设与管理具有一定的现实意义。本文侧重于对中小型水利工程施工质量的控制及评价方法进行了研究。首先,阐述了质量控制的相关原理,指出了当前中小型水利工程质量控制及评价方法中存在的问题与不足。其次,论述了中小型水利工程施工质量控制的内容、流程、方法等,针对施工准备阶段、施工阶段及竣工验收与后评价阶段,提出了各部门质量控制的内容与工作重点,较好地解决了目前中小型水利工程施工质量控制中存在的问题。同时介绍了工程质量控制及评价的相关模型与方法。最后,结合工程实例,全面阐述了质量控制的全过程,并运用模糊综合评判法对工程质量进行量化评价,使结果更具有客观性与科学性。本文的提出的相关解决问题的方法及相关研究成果,具有一定的工程实用性和较强的可操作性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of the middling and minitype water conservancy Engineering have developped deeply in our country , but the system of management has not established entirely in many regions especially in the area of project quality control and evaluation .There is a lack of the systemic reasearch or the mature experiences used for reference .How to research after the method of the Quality Control of middling and minitype water conservancy Engineering, improve on the management ,ensure the quality of engineering ,have the praxis significance to the construction and management of the middling and minitype water conservancy Engineering.The article studies the project quality control and evaluate method of the water conservancy Engineering mostly.Firstly,the concepts of the quality control is briefly introduced. It points out the problem of the quality control in the middling and minitype water conservancy Engineering.Secondly ,the content, flow and the method of the project quality control are discussed .Contraposing the phases of prepare,construction and evaluation ,the article puts forward the emphases of the quality control to different departments and the viewpoints settle some problems of the quality control in the construction of the middling and minitype water conservancy Engineering preferably. The models and methods of the quality control and evaluation are also introduced at the same time.Finally, the process of the quality control is fully dissertated combined with the case of enginering. It proves that the system evaluation would be more impersonal and scientific through the case is analysed by the fuzzy mathematics method . In the paper,the correlative methods and research productions which can solve some problems have certain effective and actual meaning.更多还原
