桥式抓斗卸船机电气控制系统的研究

【摘要】 在我国沿海各大港口和内河港口的大宗散货专业化码头的卸船机械类型中,桥式抓斗卸船机均得到广泛应用。该机型可适应各种不同散货品种(如煤炭、矿石、散粮、化肥等)的卸船作业,具有卸船效率高、自动化程度高、可靠性高等特点。因此,关于桥式抓斗卸船机电气控制系统的研究,具有广泛的实际应用价值。本文以桥式抓斗卸船机的电气控制系统为研究对象,在较全面地综述与桥式抓斗卸船机的电气控制系统研究相关的国内外发展动态的基础上,对桥式抓斗卸船机电气控制系统的组成、控制方案以及具体的实现进行了详细阐述,设计了桥式抓斗卸船机以交流变频系统作为传动装置、PLC为控制装置、计算机监控及管理系统为监控及管理装置的实施方案。主要研究工作如下:首先,介绍桥式抓斗卸船机的结构和传动机构特点。第二,论述交流变频调速的基本控制方式及特点、矢量控制的基本原理,并提出变频器的选型计算方法。第三,在分析桥式抓斗卸船机的电气控制系统组成的基础上,研究抓斗自动控制方案和卸船机自动作业控制方案,并对卸船机自动作业控制方案设计中的关键问题(参考点的选取、小车自动定位、自动作业流程控制等)加以阐述。第四,介绍选择PLC的原则,提出PLC系统方案,阐述PROFIBUS-DP与Industrial Ethernet网络协议和组成,并研究PLC系统硬件的组态方法。最后,开发桥式抓斗卸船机监控及管理系统,实现参数设定、画面显示、历史记录、报表打印、报警等功能;讨论与研究ADO的数据访问方式、基于OPC技术的上位机与PLC通信等方面问题,并通过编程实例予以阐述。本论文结合桥式抓斗卸船机电气控制系统课题研究,提供了一种先进的电气控制系统设计方案与实现方法。研究成果已成功应用于武钢工业港3#码头4台桥式抓斗卸船机,对提高我国港口桥式抓斗卸船机的电气控制性能具有一定的理论指导意义和实际应用推广价值。

【Abstract】 In the type of ship unloading machinery in bigger bulk cargo specialized wharf in our country coast harbor and the inland river harbor, bridge-type grab ship unloader obtains the widespread application. This type may adapt each kind of different bulk cargo variety (for example coal, ore, disperses grain, chemical fertilizer and so on) for unloading operation, having highly unloading efficiency, automaticity, reliability characteristic. Therefore, the research of bridge-type grab ship unloader electrical control system has the widespread practical application value.This paper takes bridge-type grab ship unloader electrical control system as the research object, on the foundation of comprehensively summarizing the domestic and foreign development dynamics of the related research to bridge-type grab ship unloader electrical control system, I detailed expatiate the electrical control system composition, the control scheme as well as the concrete realization, design a implementing scheme of bridge-type grab ship unloader regarding the inverter system as drive system, PLC as control device, the bridge-type grab ship unloader management system as monitoring control device. Main research work asfollows:First, I introduce structure and the drive mechanism characteristic of the bridge-type grab ship unloader.Second, I discuss the basic control mode and the characteristic of AC variable frequence and speed regulating, the basic principle of vector control, and propose the computing method to lectotype inverter.Third, on the foundation of analyzing the composition of bridge-type grab ship unloader electrical control system, I study grab automatic control scheme and ship unloader automatic operation control scheme, and detailed explain the key problem (reference point selection, trolley automatic positioning, automatic work flow control and so on) of bridge-type grab ship unloader automatic operation control scheme.Finally, I develop bridge-type grab ship unloader monitor management system, which can implement parameter setting, interface picture dispalying, history recording, report printing, alarm and so on the function; discuss and study ADO the data accessing mode, based on the OPC technology computer communication with PLC and so on problem, and elaborate it through the programming example.This paper combining with the research of bridge-type grab ship unloader electrical control system, has provided one kind of advanced electrical control system design proposal and the realization method. The research results has succeeded applied to Wuhan Steel Corporation industry port 3# wharf 4 bridge-type grab ship unloaders, to enhances our country harbor bridge-type grab ship unloader electrical control performance, has the certain theory instruction significance and the practical application promotion value.
