钻井套管失效机理分析及可靠度设计方法研究

【摘要】 石油钻柱构件的损坏严重影响了油田的正常生产,已成为目前国内外石油开采的一个急需解决的重要问题。随着套管抗挤裂理论的日趋完善和电子计算机的飞速发展,不少专家和学者将影响套管破坏的因素等建立起各自的模型,再结合岩石力学、弹塑性力学建立起套管破坏的数学模型,最终将所有的破坏因素模型通过一定方式组合在一起,进行破坏的多因素分析研究。开展油田钻柱失效分析与预防对提高钻井速度、降低钻井成本及井下安全钻进具有重要意义。主要研究“套管失效机理”,这也是本文研究的主题。套管的损坏严重妨碍了油气田的正常生产,已成为目前国内外石油天然气开采中的一个急需解决的重要问题之一。套管失效的形式较多,也非常复杂,在前人的研究基础上,本文主要做了以下的工作:1、文中收集了大量的相关文献资料,包括大量的套管失效案例,通过研究分析这些资料,掌握了该领域的研究方法和思路,为重点研究套管哪些失去形式提供了决策依据。2、本文从材料、环境和磨损三个方面对石油气井套管钻柱失效原因进行了分析。探讨了材料强度及螺纹强度钻柱失效的影响、复杂地质条件下套管及钻柱的腐蚀疲劳寿命、以及磨损对套管钻柱失效的影响;同时研究了结构与受力等因素对套管磨损的综合性影响。3、运用可靠度设计方法原理,对套管强度设计的影响因素进行了研究,提出了不同可靠度下钻柱套管强度可靠性机理和设计方法。本研究为同类工程上套管钻柱失效的预防和补救提供了有意义的参考。

【Abstract】 This dissertation mainly dealt with the Mechanism of Casing Failure. At the same time, the results of the new statistic were that the wells of casing failure were up to 17735 by the end of 2002, accounting for the 20 percentage of the whole China, it caused a loss of severe economy. There are many types of the casing failure and very complex casing failure.1 Many of related references were studied in the dissertation, some methods and ideas are to help our study, including a lots of the cases of using failure, it was to provide the decision-making for the study of which casing was failed.2 On the base of many researchers’ literatures, the study of the dissertation mainly focused on the failure factors analysis is set up in three aspects, such as material, environment and corrosion. The influence of lacking strength of materials and screw thread are treated in this paper, as well as corrosion questions on complicated project situation. Especially, putting emphasis on the composite influence of the structure and stress, the abrasion factor to the pipe influence is analyzed in this paper.3 Use the reliability research method to analysis the factors of the pipe’s failure, and supposes any kind of the calculate formulae under any cases.The research for similar roughly accumulated the project in the productivity and has its benefits.
