基于EPA的车间数字设备集成控制系统中网关设计与系统仿真

【摘要】 目前,中小型离散制造企业的数字设备普遍存在多种控制系统并存、不能实现远程监控与维护、信息难以直接连通和集成控制等问题;同时,生产现场信息不能被及时采集、处理和应用,现场控制层不能为企业信息系统直接提供必须的生产现场的信息。这些已成为企业信息化深入发展的瓶颈。因此,对车间数字设备集成控制的实现方案的研究具有重要意义。本文提出一种基于工业以太网的车间数字设备集成控制的方案,用于实现离散制造企业的管理和控制信息的交互与集成。本文的主要研究工作包括:1.分析离散制造企业车间数字设备通讯接口的特性和控制模式,选择适合车间数字设备集成控制的网络,提出具有不同接口的车间数字设备的网络连接方案;对EPA(Real-time Ethernet for Plant Automation)的协议栈、确定性通信调度方案以及基于EPA的控制系统的体系结构进行详细分析;构建基于工业以太网的车间数字设备集成控制网络的体系结构。2.分析基于工业以太网的车间数字设备集成控制系统中网关的功能;设计基于EPA协议的嵌入式网关的硬件结构;在此硬件平台上移植μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统和LwIP(Light Weight IP)协议栈,并实现EPA协议栈的功能,开发嵌入式网关的用户程序。3.采用OPNET仿真软件,结合EPA协议,建立基于EPA的仿真模型,包括网关节点模型和设备节点模型,以及相应的过程模型;在此基础上,开发基于EPA的车间数字设备集成控制系统的网络性能和用户层仿真软件,以及基于XML技术的网络仿真平台;对所构建的基于EPA的车间数字设备集成控制系统网络进行仿真研究。

【Abstract】 There are many problems such as the coexisting of many different kinds ofcontrol systems, the disable execution of remote monitoring and remote maintenance,the difficulties of direct information exchanging and integration within discretemanufacturing enterprises, especially middle size and small ones. At the same time,the information in field area can’t be collected, processed and applied in real time,which leads to the incapability of field control level to provide necessary fieldinformation for the information systems inside enterprise. The above problems havecaused the bottle-neck to advance the enterprise information system. A solution forIntergrated Control of Numerical Control Device (ICNCD) in Machining Cell (MC)based on industrial Ethernet was presented in this dissertation, in order to realizeefficient intergration of management system and field control system inside a discretemanufacturing enterprise. The main research work and achievements of thisdissertation are as following:1. The characteristic of communication interface and control mode of numericalcontrol device in MC of discrete manufacturing enterprise were analyzed; suitablenetwork for ICNCD was selected. Different connecting soluction was proposed forNumerical Control Devices which have different interfaces. EPA Protocol model,framework and schedule method were analyzed. The network framewok of ICNCD inMC based on industrial Ethernet was proposed.2. Gateway functions were analyzed for ICNCD in MC based on industrialEthernet. Hardware architecture of gateway was design gateway base on EPAprotocol. RTOS (Real Time Operation System) and LwIP protocol were transplanted,EPA protocol function was realized, and user program was developed.3. Simulation models based on EPA were realized, including gateway nodemodel and device node model, and related process model. The simulation model forICNCD system in MC and the simulation platform based on XML (eXtensibleMarkup Langusge) technique and OPNET Modeler were established. The performance of ICNCD system in MC based on EPA was studied by networksimulation.
