基于DSP&ARM的有源同步AMT控制系统的开发

【摘要】 机械自动变速箱(AMT)在汽车动力传动系统发挥着越来越重要的作用,配有AMT的汽车驾驶简单,驾驶者只需要踩油门,由AMT系统会自动地选择换挡的最佳时机,提高了驾驶的舒适性和整车的可靠性。为了进一步提高AMT的性能和经济性,各汽车公司都投入巨资对AMT做进一步的革新。本文提出一种新型的AMT结构,构想加装一个小电机在输出轴上,通过电控ECU来跟踪发动机的转速,并调节小电机的转速,当两者速度差在一个很小的范围内时,只通过一个气泵来达到自动换档的目的,从而可以替代以前AMT结构中复杂的液力变矩器和同步器,增加变速箱的寿命和减少维护的机会。为了检验这种理论的可行性,本文搭建了有源同步自动变速箱开发平台,设计了一套自主开发的基于DSP&ARM的总控制器,为自动换档策略的优化,自动变速箱的开发提供试验台架。基于DSP&ARM总控制器的硬件部分由两部份组成,一块是以DSP2407A微处理器芯片为核心的控制器,一块以S3C44BOX微处理器芯片为核心的控制器。根据试验台架的实际需求,以DSP2407A为核心的控制器来实现试验台架的各种数据的采集,以S3C44BOX为核心的控制器来实现数据的存储和人机友好界面,它们之间的通讯通过硬件可编程逻辑芯片CPLD来实现。DSP控制器硬件设计包括电源模块、A/D模块、D/A模块、IO模块和串口通讯模块。ARM控制器硬件设计包括电源模块、Nand-flash数据存储模块、LCD显示模块和USB通讯接口模块。总控制器的软件部份包括驱动程序和应用程序两个部份。驱动程序与具体所采用的硬件有关,驱动程序完成了A/D驱动程序、D/A驱动程序、变速箱驱动程序、串口通讯驱动程序、Nand-flash驱动程序、LCD液晶屏驱动程序。应用程序完成了PID同步控制算法、CPLD通讯任务、数据存储任务、串口调试任务、LCD显示任务、数据采集任务。通过在试验台架上做实验,基于DSP&ARM总控制器工作性能稳定,测量精度较高,数据存储稳定和人机界面友好,系统可扩展性良好,为进一步改进和评估有源同步自动变速箱提供了可靠的软硬件开发平台。

【Abstract】 Automated Mechanical Transmission (AMT) plays more and more importantrole in automobile powertrain system. The driver drives automobile simplly withAMT, and the driver only needs to control the accelerograph, AMT chooses the bestopportunity to shift gears to improve the driving confortability and reliability. Forfurther improving the performance and economy of AMT, Every automobilecompany invests a huge amount of money for the innovation of AMT.The paper submits a new AMT structure. It regulates the speed of a small motorthrough tracing the speed of engine with ECU by adding a small motor on theoutputting axis, and shifts gears automatically by a air pump when both speed’sdifference within a very minor range .It can replace the complicated hydraulicstructure and synchronism implement in the former AMT structure in order to prolongthe life of AMT and to reduce the chances of fixing. We had built a power-supportedsynchronic AMT developing platform in order to check the theory’s feasibility. Wehad designed a set of independent controller based on the DSP & ARM chip in orderto optimize automatically shifting strategy and provide experiment bench for theautomatic gear box development.The control system hardware based on DSP & ARM is composed of two parts.One bases on S3C44BOX microprocessor chip, and the other bases on DSP2407Amicroprocessor chip. According to actual experiment’s need, the controller based onDSP2407A gathers various experiment data, while the other controller based onS3C44BOX realizes the data storing and the interface of man-machine. Theycommunicate through the hardware-programming logic chip which is named CPLD.The hardware design of the DSP controller includes power module, A/D module, D/Amodule, IO module and serial communication module. The hardware design of theARM controller includes power module, data storing module based on Nand-flash,LCD display module and USB communication interface module.The software of Assembly control system includes driver and applicationprogram. The driver program relates hardware system.The paper had completed A/D driver program,D/A program,gear box driver, serial communication driver,Nand-flash driver and LCD driver. The application program had completed the PIDsynchronization control algorithm, the CPLD communication task, the data storagetask, the string mouth debugging task, the LCD display task, and the data gatheringtask.According to the experiment on the testing bench, the assembly controller basedon DSP & ARM shows characters of working stability, high precision, storingstability, friendly interfere with man-machine. It has a strong expanding function andprovided reliable soft and hardware developing platform in order to further improveand evaluate power-supported synchronic AMT.
