异型螺杆等离子喷涂软仿型的三维仿真系统研究

【摘要】 本文提出以软仿型方法实现陶瓷螺杆等离子喷涂,该方法以螺杆螺距为仿型参数,实现数控位移,以软仿型方式实现螺杆表面喷涂。文中探讨了该方法的工艺原理和实现技术途径,研究表明结果有助于提高陶瓷螺杆的喷涂效率。文中论述了仿真加工程序的译码原理以及仿真软件的结构特点,在此基础上,本课题采用Visual C++环境中运用计算机编译原理和面向对象技术来开发了一个简单、有效的喷涂仿真系统。该系统实现了数控喷涂过程的计算机仿真,可检测喷涂过程的可控性;使试喷次数减少和提高生产效率提高;作为一种开放式、可视化的三维仿真系统,该系统具有可扩展性而用于在其它数控加工过程仿真。本论文采用NC代码重要特征实现具有通用性较强的NC代码翻译;为了提高图形显示质量,本文探讨了喷涂过程中的三维图形动画显示问题,即研究了工件和喷枪模型的实感图形显示算法;并在C++和OpenGL软件环境下实现了典型异型螺杆工件的喷涂仿真,达到了理想效果。为了分析喷枪位移误差,采用包络面仿真算法,研究了喷枪安装高度误差对螺杆喷涂加工精度的影响,提出了误差相位补偿和相位补偿角度的概念,使相位补偿后的法向误差可用来作为分析喷枪安装高度对喷涂精度影响的依据。

【Abstract】 In the thesis, the method of soft profile modeling process of plasma spraying ceramic screw has been developed. In the method, the pitch of screws is used as profile modeling parameter to achieve numerical control sprayer’s move. Based on the method, the controlling programs and techniques have been carried out in the thesis. It is significant that the research can promote the spraying efficiency of the ceramic screw.Based on the coding theory of the NC procedure and the characteristic of the NC software’s structure, a simple and efficient spring emulation system was developed by using Visual C++ software environment and the O-O technology. This system achieves the computer simulation of NC spraying process; can check the correctness of the spray process and decrease the times of pre-spraying and increase the spring efficiency. As an open and visual 3-D emulation system, this system can also be used in other NC simulation system.In the thesis, the translating of NC codes has been carried out based on the NC characteristics of the codes. For improving the quality of graphics, the display problem of dynamic manufacture process with three-dimension graphics, that is the display algorithm based on the real model of the work piece and sprayer, was discussed in the thesis. By means of a typical screw, the spraying process was simulated in C++ and OpenGL software environments. The result verified the research achievement above.For analyzing the displacement precision, an envelope surface simulation algorithm was used to research the influence of the sprayer fixed height on the machining process of spraying. Here, the concept of compensation of phase angle error was introduced and the normal error after phase compensation was used as a reference data of fixed height precision of the sprayer.
