【摘要】 飞蓬（Erigeron acer L.）为菊科飞蓬属的二年生草本植物。据《长白山植物药志》记载，其根、茎和叶均含鞣质，叶和花中含挥发油；其花和花序可治疗发热性疾病，种子治疗血性腹泻，煎剂治胃炎、腹泻、皮疹、疥疮等。目前国内外对飞蓬的研究报道极少，仅有关于其化学成分的报道。作者对飞蓬的化学成分进行了系统分析，通过硅胶柱层析，制备型硅胶薄层层析和大孔树脂柱层析等分离手段从飞蓬的干燥全草中分离出6个单体化合物，通过FT ICR-MS、¹H-NMR、¹³C-NMR、DEPT、HMQC、HMBC、¹H-¹H COSY等光谱分析，确定了其中3个化合物的结构分别为咖啡酸（Ⅰ）、4′-羟基黄芩素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷（Ⅱ）、槲皮素（Ⅲ），均为首次从该植物中获得。并重新归属了4′-羟基黄芩素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷（Ⅱ）的部分碳信号和氢信号。化合物Ⅳ～Ⅵ的结构正在解析中，尚未确定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Erigeron acer L. is a biennial of Compositae. According to Collection of Changbai Mountain Plant Amedica, its root, stem and leaves contain tannin, leaves and flowers contains aetherolea; its flowers and inflorescence can cure pyrexia, its seed can cure Bloody diarrhea, its apozem can cure gastritis, enterorrhea, erythra, scabies, etc. At present, the reports of research to Erigeron acer are very few, merely on the chemical composition. Systematic analysed the chemical composition of Erigeron acer, I have got 6 compounds from the dry entire plants by using silica gel column chromatography, preparative silica gel thin-layer chromatography and macroporous resin column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis including FT ICR-MS、¹H-NMR, ¹³C-NMR, DEPT, HMQC, HMBC, ¹H-¹H COSY. Three of the compounds were identified as caffeic acid （I）, 4’-hydroxy baicalein-7-O-β-D-glucuronide （II） and quercetin （III）, which were isolated from this plant for the first time. Parts of proton and carbon assignments of 4’-hydroxy baicalein-7-O-β-D-glucuronide were achieved anew. Structures of compounds IV-VI are being analyzing, undetermined.更多还原
